I find every year that by the time it gets to be 8-10pm on christmas day and eve, that most gamers are long done with anything with the family and are usually online either playing their new games, or relaxing and unwinding. The only issue that has been brought up is the kroean/european players, being that it is morning/middle of night for them. In regards to that im looking into changing one of the times to be more suitable for them.

I wouldn't put 10-12 since that sounds bad but 3-5 is blatantly false. 3-5 was a joke within the guild, suggesting that the guild wars development team plays sc2 and reads teamliquid forums. Everyone knows the date could be anything next year. I highly doubt its going to be later than spring/summer. Highly.

Ill get with the guild members that are online now and discuss it further.

![]() As for the old times, we still have plans to have a large sc2 "fun" night, like we did a few weeks ago. Should be as hilarious as it was last time, so hopefully we can get some of the newer guys to join us this time around.

To be clear, I'm not criticizing your choice! You're probably right that the majority of people checking out this thread on these forums will be free at these times. I just think the choices are a little funny. (And to be completely clear, I'm not even really the target audience here. I'm not planning to leave my current guild, unless they don't transition to gw2 at all. And I wouldn't be able to make any of these times anyway; I travel for the holidays, and when I'm around family and friends I get to see once or twice a year, the last thing I'm looking to do is sit around on the Internet talking with people I can talk to anytime.)

I am kinda sketch about the no monthly fee as it is a good thing, and possible a terrible thing. Anyone can shed a light since i did not play GW1, but from my understanding (and how it should be), a monthly fee is there to upkeep servers and improve the game, pay developers and stop cheaters. Will it be as supported as WoW (but hopefully better than wow... lol cuz wow is crap.) I dont really mean WoW in its state now, Vanilla wow is the comparison im looking for, you know, when that game was actually fun. If you can direct me where to sign up for the guild, as having a guild from the start would be a huge help in a game such as this, please let me know where. I am interested ![]() Do you guys think no monthly fee will result in poorer support/updates/patches/balance ETC. ETC. I only ask because i dont know how they can upkeep a successful MMO, keep it to date, stop cheating, and have support without a small fee. Do you think they would add one if it got massive and they need more servers etc? I am worried about the quality of future support more than anything,

Yeah, how the hell do I sign up? 2.7k Diamond if that's worth anything.
