Finally finished after like 3 days of continous downloading. I have been looking around for race specialities/traits/skills and wondering if the NA/US version have the same racial skills/traits/specials as the KR server?

Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but if you are DLing it turn off "p2p sharing". It totally murders your DL rate.

Different for everyone though, mine stays roughly the same and I get corrupted data errors. Anyway my computer decided to restart whilst the client was extracting and upon restart I have to start the download again (lolrage).

So I found more efficient way to download the client. Here are the patch links:

Download with your favourite download manager and move to your Game_-1to2 folder when you done and let the launcher run.

So is this starting to look like an MMO with actual long term value? After being burned so many times by games like Aion etc, I don't wanna buy it til it seems like it has the potential to stick around.

Anyone worried about the very strict class roles in this game? I mean, the tanks seem to be so damn rare even in games that even half the classes can tank (with right spec), but if in this game, there is only one viable game for endgame content? Same goes for healers, to a bit lesser extent.

I dont know but to me that sounds like in the end there will be bazillion dps classes who will have to fight over the tank/healers.

Anyone knows where I can possibly grab a EU beta for this? I really want to try it out, especially since its much more action oriented than any other MMORPG out right now.

mate if you sign up to ign prime you can get the beta code for free... i am from eu and it was working fine for me last night so do that if you want to play this weekend. best to download it today so you dont have to patch it etc tomorrow

edit: and you can delete the ign prime account after u get beta so you get it for free.

I'm am thinking about it but a bit more info needs to come out on PvP. If I find the game will move in the correct way I find acceptable I will be buying it.... but yea..

Go get a download manager. I used getright. Set 10 downloads at once, and 40 http connections per server depending on your net speed. At this time, from Australia I get roughly 30-50KB/s per connection. After downloading move these files to your Tera install location and place it in the \Game_-1to2 folder and run the launcher.

I signed up for IGN Prime 7 day trial and they keep telling me to sign up for free again when i press 'Get Beta Key'..... wtf
