If I do transfer, are there people here that could help me learn the dungeons? Or for that matter since it seems like there are some people in this thread who are on MT, any of you want to group? My gear is shit and I don't know the dungeons haha. I have all T12 +6/+7 or so and no zyrks (only one piece of jewelry that even has a slot). And I don't have all the master glyphs that I need. I just started doing dailies to get some rep gear but I don't have any of it yet. And I only have 2k gold haha. I don't mind putting dungeons off for a week or two while I just do dailies if that'll make things a lot easier.
I'm Corlo on TR and Jasari on MT Hey apply again i accpeted you and you were on Cooldown, and if you transfer your zerker im sure we can put you in a static group. We carry sufficeny threw MCNM and HM we can for you too
No one carried me through MCHM yet. QQ.

Nony asking if people from TL will help him.
As if.

Getting "no such player" on MT for Jasari. I'll help out when I'm not occupied and you can ask me any questions regarding dungeons.

Meh. After getting my Zerker to 60 I now feel like another, new lvl 60 char. I guess I will never get rich, lol.

Oh so I recently started playing this again. Completely unfunded and have a lvl 33 Berserker and lvl 47 Sorcerer(HNNNG).
For now Sorcerer feels kind of boring but I'll be grinding to 48 so that I can see how playing with celerity feels. With Berserker it's pretty ridiculous how he can 1-shot 10 quest mobs at around the same level. WIth sorcerer at 33 with junk equip I had to like Overchannel -> Lightning trap cancel -> Fire blast -> Void Pulse -> Magma Bomb -> Ice Needle -> Glacial Retreat -> Flaming Barrage to kill a normal mob. With Berserker I activate Dash, run around like an idiot and HURRR OVERCHARGE CYCLONE and kill them all, makes sense. Btw I also greatly prefer Cyclone over Thunder Strike in general. It's 100 times more consistent(either no crit = shit dmg or crit = overkill dmg, Cyclone almost always crits a few times).
Next project is trying to apply to an amazing guild.

So TS has a glyph that makes you charge and run at normal speed, which makes things a lot more fluid. Furthermore in boss fights you will be using TS a lot more because TS is more bursty (instead of spin-to-win while being completely vulnerable).

Pretty sure they both have around the same animation duration, TS has insane afterlag. The runcharging of course is great, I'm not denying that. It is the main advantage, along with the Vamp blow combo being faster.. But if there's the chance and all else is equal and it's off cooldown, I prefer cyclone(as in when you don't plan on moving alot while charging)
Here I also was talking mostly about normal monsters, if you do bosses and need to do hit-and-run tactics TS -> VB is probably the way to go(but if he's knocked down or something, cyclone's amazing)
v Yup, with VB afterwards TS is faster. It's not always possible to link though, like when VB is on cooldown.

I am not sure what you mean.... both cyclone and TS can be comboed by Vampiric Blow afterwards - and you should.

At lower lvls what he is saying is quite true.

Yup exactly, you can always cancel cyclone with block. You can instantly cancel cyclone with block after the last damage tick, as well. With TS you have a huge amount of lag afterwards before you can block. VB itself has a ton of lag as well - The safest move to do in fact is just plain cyclone.

Yes, but when you block you stop doing damage.

The charging is slow and you can easily be interrupted by any damage. Also, there is this short moment after a TS where you can't do anything but its' the only skill where you will have such high damage, and that compensate all the disadvantages imo

Yes of course.
If you give me a dummy to wreck at, I will definitely use Cyclone - from what I can tell, Cyclone does at least twice as much damage as TS on a full charge against a stationary enemy that doesn't fight back.
But to do the full damage, you have to keep in Cyclone for the full 6 hits - and that takes much longer time than a TS.

Now that we're on the topic of Berserker, what's his standard PvP combo in the case he lands a staggering blow or something? As in, what gives him the highest amount of guaranteed damage?
Also it's true that with Cyclone you need to land all hits but it also is true that after landing them you can INSTANTLY run or attack again whereas with TS you lag for ages.
