I started a Nuzlocke run of a modded LeafGreen. The mod basically just turns all of the battle sprites into cute little girls. I'll be running through this using Nuzlocke rules which are: 1. Faint = dead 2. Only catch the 1st pokemon encountered in each route 3. Nickname all pokemon
Due to the increase in pokemon threads in these forums lately, after this 1st post I'll only continue to update my run if people seem interested. Otherwise I'll just let this thread die.
I started this game and didn't decide to take pictures til a bit later so here are my pokemon after delivering the parcel.

Hmm didn't expect there to be this much negative feedback. When I first saw this mod I was quite amused and thought some people on TL would be amused as well, I guess not.
I don't see what exactly is wrong except for "why the hell does anyone want the illusion of enslaving little girls to fight for them?" Well if you put it that way then yes, this mod is very wrong.
Besides that though, this is just an aesthetic thing for me. I consider myself a normal guy who isnt into furries or anything and it's not like there's anything sexual about the nature of these images. I just thought it was interesting to see how "human" versions of pokemon would look.
In any case, I said I wouldn't continue this unless people wanted me to so I'll just let this thread die unless people request updates.
I dont see why so many people find this disgusting D: I think the person who made the sprites, and im sure the OP only thought of it as 'hey anime girls are cute, pokemon is cool, mix and mash!' I wish there was a mod that turned them into DBZ characters or something though lolol

In fact I don't even see what thell you're seeing. Chibi girls dressed in costumes are PLENTY cute first of all, and further more the whole "illusion of enslaving little girls to fight for them" i s kinda left field. You're putting way too much thought into something that's simply a cosmetic change.

a person spending time changing 150+ models into poke people isn't remotely puzzling to you? ... i say there's something dreadfully strange/sick about the said person. oh btw just because it's the internet doesn't mean i can't be disgusting by such things. and yeah, there are worse things on the internet sherlock holmes.
ps. i meant the chibi girls in this type of situation arent cute, as in dressed as poke people and treated as pokemon. not general chibi girls dressed up since i do find on occasion that they can be quite cute.
A couple of people have asked for the mod so I'll post it here.
The mod is in the description. v 1.5.3 like it says.
I used lunar ips to patch my leafgreen rom. You should be able to find it and also the leafgreen rom using google. I use VBA to run it.
There are also mods for other versions too. I know there's 1 for Emerald but I haven't tried it and I'm sure there's some for other versions as well.
As for someone sitting there making 150+ chibi pokemon, well I hadn't really thought of that but I can see why it would be creepy. Since there's a mod for emerald that means someone sat there doing it for 300+ pokemon. I wasn't the 1 who did it though so whatever. Also some of the sprites are improvements from the regular sprites imo. Moemon gyarados looks freaking awesome from the back.

nuzlocke runs are interesting, i dont find them that fun but it certainly is a different sort of challenge
