When he came on for Diaby the game came seemed to come to life, and from the like 55min to the Alex's goal we were controlling the game, mostly I think to Rosicky's distribution. Now if only he could shoot...

Now if only he could shoot... its not so much that i rosicky is good. its more that diaby and song are absolute **** creatively. not good enough to put on an arsenal shirt IMO. Diaby has 2-3 good games per season (usually against **** sides). The saddest part is i thought he was decent against chelsea, so he just used up 1 of his 3 good games for the next 8 months.

I actually think song is quite good. I think hes almost as good as Sergio Busquets at Barca. He's strong in the tackle, can pass the ball fairly accurately, and most importantly, is extremely capable of maintaining possession. However, he lacks the discipline to hold his position in midfield, although I'm not sure if thats based on Wenger's instructions, and is not a very creative player. However, I think he's needed to anchor Arsenal's attack. He still has room to grow and should stay in the side. On the other hand, I wholly agree with you on Diaby. He lacks the technical skills and maturity to play at this high a level. People have been yelling at Wenger for years to sign a high-class central midfielder but I doubt he'll ever listen.

Not really sure how I feel about this since I've been a die-hard Red Sox fan all the way back to grade school but also a Man Utd supporter for as long. Although Gillette and Hicks put Liverpool in massive debt I thought the way they dealt with the Benitez Saga was impressive. They refused to sack him and supported him publicly all the way until the end of the season. Henry has been terrific as the Sox owner, he's putting Liverpool out of debt which will be huge for them. Not necessarily, there is a court date soon that will decide this for sure. However, it seems highly probable that the deal will go through.

They don't need a new keeper, they just need to start giving Fabianski more playing time and lend out their other young talent instead of letting them rot on the bench. Their defence needs to step in up too. Koscielny is looking for a call up for the French national team so he better start playing better. Although its looking like it will be easier to get on the French nt then the Polish nt (who he is also able to play on) :D
