I hope they don't reduce Equipment Mastery further below 4 and 2 hp per AD/AP from items, since those hp are the fine line between keeping Jax high tier and sending him back to fairly worthless.

TF's map-wide threat during the lane phase seems weaker now, but everything else about him seems stronger. I think I'll purchase him now. So far I've had 3 friends pick him up and somehow suck at playing him.

I'm glad they're trying to make the other snowball items as attractive as Mejai's. Still hasn't happened, but it's a good direction.

Sivir is still God-tier. I don't think 50 less range is enough to get her shut down in mid, but we'll have to see.

well, she was honestly already hurting pretty bad on range in some mid matchups, so while I don't think it'll shut her down exactly, it will make the early farming considerably harder vs Tristana etc.

I think Sword's buff is now at least considerable. +5 on basic attack damage is comparable to the +10 AP on the old Mejai's. As I said in my last post, I think it's very possibly viable on Pantheon at least. And I think most ranged carries could probably put it to very good use.

Ashe already owns Sivir 99% of the time (that 1% being a stupid Ashe). Now Sivir will get destroyed by Corki and Trist. I'd go ahead and say she already gets pushed out of lane by a properly played Annie; there really aren't many normal solo mid heroes left. Also her range is pretty much comparable to Nidalee now, if not significantly shorter? I dunno, her staying power got whacked really hard, I don't see any Sivirs lasting mid-lane against decent players now.

She's still fine as a pusher, but her damage output/survival got yoinked by having to be closer.

TF players will suck if they have bad gate timing/waste gates, while a TF player hardly got nerfed with gate cd nerfs if their timing/gate usage was top-notch. I don't know if the "gate" cd got nerfed enough by being moved into the ult, because obviously at level 6 he still strikes fear into the hears of enemies. And realistically, the threat of a non-Destiny TF wasn't that big to begin with (too long to land without Destiny).

Which means, the significantly improved pick-a-card makes him stronger.

Which is why I think he got buffed, which is hilarious.

I also find it great how they gave him Jax' ultimate, except instead of 3 it's 4. Wonderful, guys. Absolutely fantastic. It's a good thing neither Jax nor Udyr abuse that skill, right?

see, I thought it was Jax ult at first too, but now I'm not exactly sure how it works with the attack speed buff. Having a severely reduced AP ratio from Jax's also makes a big difference. ...buuuuuuuut that being said..... the base damage on it's pretty huge and like... level 1 getting a free bonus 90 damage on every fourth attack for harassing seems downright unfair. I'd go so far as to say that it might make sense for him to focus his ability growth on stacked deck in the early game to effectively harass while still conserving mana.

Especially 'cause, you know, he has a stun, even if it's shorter duration pre-level 9.

I hope those numbers change in implementation, because it looks a bit to me like Riot is out of their minds.

Riot: "Hi guys, TF is strong, you say? Because of his map control? Well hold on, then, let us put Gate on the same timing as Destiny (even though 95% of Gate ganks are Destiny-powered to begin with!) and call that a huge nerf, remove the slow from Destiny (fine), adjust his stun so it does moar damage, make it so you're able to spam blue card for harassment, making it proc perfectly well with his new passive that basically turns him into a ranged Jax!

Oh, and if his map control wasn't good enough, we'll make it so he can help your whole team with gold."

Now depending on how well you lane, the next time you go back, try and finish your Catalyst and maybe boot 1. If youre really rich, sometimes I just go straight for Locket without boots haha.

90% of my game ends before i finish Frozen Heart. If the game keeps going, you have to play it by ear if you want more magic or armor resist, in which case banshee's or guardian angel is legit. If you dont feel in danger, get Rylai's. Now your starfall spam will slow down whole groups

I've been playing alot of Amumu for a couple of games now and I love him :O

I have "developed" some kinda build but I'd like some input on how to improve and perhaps some general tips.

So, the build I generally go for is something like this:

Philosophers stone
NInja boots
2x Sun-something- cape
Banshees Veil
Rylais scepter(?) - that 500 hp, 80 AP staff

I dont really know if that's any good since I'm still fairly new, but I figured Despair and the DoT from the capes would be pretty awesome. Last game I ended like 10/1/15 in score, and again I'm a newbie, but that seemed pretty good for a tank. I guess I cant be going too wrong on the items then, or am I?
