Well I finally got around to playing it, and first impressions, I'm not too sure of the magical youkai in the game. Like I assume they are from some Japanese folklore, but I don't see the connections between them really. I checked Touhou wiki for more information on the boss characters, but couldn't really find anything  Music-wise, it sounds pretty average/below average. I really liked the 3rd stage theme and the 6th boss theme, which was really really good As for the actual game itself, it's hard. I feel you don't get enough lives throughout the game and if you mess up, it's very punishing. The levels are pretty fun I think but the bosses feel a bit lack luster, until the 5th boss which screws up your controls and that is pretty infuriating hahaha 5th boss is annoying, she likes sticks out her tongue and twirls while showering you with bullets. That was irritating lol But the final boss is cute :3 Anyone know what the things she is holding symbolizes or is suppose to represent? And that is a rice bowl yes? Anyways I'm working on trying to beat it on normal uuu | ||
