I don't mind denpa music at all, but I can only stomach so much at a time.
As for lyrics, I think it just depends on the circle/lyricist. I've heard some pretty deep songs, and some equally as shallow. If you want lyrics for Toho songs, I recommend visiting Kafka-furra's site (some blogspot link, can't post it because I am on my phone). If he hasn't translated it, you might be SoL unless someone on Youtube was cool enough to do it themselves.
This is a bit off-topic, but something I've been meaning to ask for a while: does anyone else here listen to NON-Toho doujin music? Whether it be arranges from other media, or original music, what are some of your favorite circles? Do any of your favorite Toho circles make any non-Toho music, and if so, do you like it?

only some songs work with nightcore, I already agreed with you. The two songs I posted for example (cept the 2nd is not true osu nightcore, just reworked by uploader until it sounds legit)
