No benson, this isn't for gathering wares, its for selling lol. That's why I had to make sure. You wanted that one, cuz TB would sell it here if you didn't want it. Should easily have some female 2hus, even Akicon had 3 15 sounds feasible, I'll make that my goal | ||

So quick update of what I got done today: Touhou panel Touhou photoshoot Quick bite + drinks with touhou panel ppl Show up at gameroom kinda buzzed, sad no-one to play soku with So I forgot my camera's battery charger back in vancouver. Basically camera has limited life span lol. The touhou panel easily had about 30+ touhous that I didn't take pictures of. I basicaly gave up on getting pics of every toho at that point. I got some group pics at the touhou photoshoot tho. | ||

I also love all the music posting recently! I may not have been posting but whenever the thread is dead I get sad, when lot of people post I get so happy. This is very late. Stuff happens and busy busy. I didn't want to post yet, but I thought it over and thought it would be in my best interest to post after all. I wanted to learn at least one or two more and record it before coming back, but I've been busy and posting now will help re-motivate me again. These are the easier ones, unfortunately I haven't learned any of the more artistic/fun/hard arranges yet. One of the reasons why it took me so long and still takes me a long time to get these learned is that I realized, some of these arranges which I thought previously were "easy" are actually much harder simply because of the fast speed, making them as hard or harder than many standard classical piano pieces. (Because the faithful arranges are fast and have repetitive left hands, it is very hard to keep the whole thing consistent and in tempo compared to a song where you have more liberty to express yourself). So after I realized that, I changed my choices to learning some of Aojiru's instead, which are, while longer and more complex musically, much easier to learn and more fun to play. + Show Spoiler [Love Colored Magic] + + Show Spoiler [Lunate Elf] + + Show Spoiler [The Young Descendant of Tepes] + Yeah not super good, but I simply aimed to produce something of quality equal or better than the videos of the same arranges of the track that are already on Youtube. I'm getting a lot better at playing in front of people as well as in front of a camera, hurrah. I wanted to post my short 17 frame touhou animation as my 9001th post along with this one as a sort of surprise, but animation is hard and the choices regarding what I'm animating and how I'm animating it weren't the best, so it's taking longer than I thought but hopefully I can finish it soon so I can start on some other better looking and easier to animate stuff. Basically it's like only a few seconds but when you think of it as 17 drawings with color and shading and some dynamic poses, it's a bit time consuming. I might not post again until my 9001th, cus milestones ftw. Hopefully I will devote more time to drawing/music and less so games. Also that ZUN thing is awesome, I think I might do that, comparing myself to the accepted artists I think I can make it. Not sure what or who to draw though -- I guess Rumia, since not many like her and they may need someone to cover that. Also that new Touhou fighter is awesome. One of the turn offs for me for the previous ones was not only there being 2 fighting games in which the fanbase was split over, but that the art style was slightly too chibi (yes I understand time restrictions and stuff on the art). In the new one, they are still chibi like, but much less so. I think the coloring is a little off (dry instead of pretty and vibrant), hopefully that's changed. But the resolution of the sprites and such, is awesome, and the gameplay looks cool. Even though there isn't the ground and air launching stuff, it seems to still be quite similar, since you can still go up (like jumping or air launching) but can also go down (below the "ground", as a cool new feature that gives more diversity in gameplay and hopefully also complexity). Also I went to Youmacon. There were quite a lot of touhou cosplayers. Thankfully the touhou panel was done pretty decently, balancing the target audience of newcomers and veteran fans. It was one of the panels that helped make the con actually fun. There was also this one panel I went to regarding "how to make and finance a VN" or something. I tried to go to all the "useful" panels, like stuff on drawing, being a mangaka, or whatever, but they all sucked. The VN guy was awesome, he was talking basically about things like life, how to manage finding a job, stuff you should look out for when creating a company/group to create a game/something, etc. really useful stuff. Also if someone actually wants to see my probably shitty but at least not dimly lit pictures of decent cosplayers (there's a sakuya, and some lolis too) I can share them. Also, how to use the new Mumu. Also, I post/say these things not to boast or show off or etc., but to push me to keep to my goals while also being able to receive critique on stuff. EDIT: Also special note to the Rumia arrange by shibayan records. I liked that. It's not my style, but it was nice how it built up and changed over the long duration without being too repetitive with the beats and such. One of the few Rumia arranges I like. With the other one being that moonlight step or something, i forgot the name of it XD | ||
