Emo alice, I was gonna say, any doujinshi by Personal Color with Alice and Marisa in it, then I realize it's usually emo Marisa, which pisses me off 10x more than emo Alice, lol. But it's usually something along the line of Alice getting emo that Marisa/Yuuka/whoever she's pair with that doesn't pay attention to her, and she starts thinking unnecessary and dumb things and just emos a lot. lol | ||

Maybe I'm just unreasonable, but that's why I don't really enjoy many fanmade works that provide alternate personality archetypes for characters. I'm fine with stuff like that short story about Suwako's hat, though. Also, I just had to search what yandere meant. Thumbs down plz. | ||

 No dying involved. It's fine for the most part if it's got a comedic undertone, but if they make it too overbearing, it can get annoying too.yandere also has different levels. If you think about it, yuuka and flandre are both pretty well accepted as yandere, but they don't go overkill with it in fanon (thank god). Flan just likes to play with people/things and breaks them on accident, while yuuka is overprotective of her sunflower garden and doesn't really show her angry side. But yandere alice really has no place in touhou. That's just my 2 cents anyway, lol. That doesn't mean I accept everything though, so there is still some selective process going on. A good story-teller needs to make their characters believable too, so if I can't believe that character can act the way they do in their story, I'm not going to suspend my belief just for the sake of reading/watching their content. For example, I said I don't really like an emo Alice. If the doujinshi artist made the story believable on why Alice is being emo, then I can still accept and read it. If Alice is being emo for the sake of being emo, then it just gets annoying and I may stop reading. This is why there is fanon afterall. By following the fanon traits, you make it easier for readers/watchers to believe in your stories. | ||

tsundere is usually just a girl who acts mean towards someone but is just shy about showing that they actually like them, to whatever degree that might be i don't think there is an anime where there is a killing tsundere? or is there xD | ||

Easy place to look for and read official touhou comics: Silent Sinner in Blue - Comic with full story. It's about moon princesses and plot plot plot plot plot. Also SDM. Inaba of the Moon & Inaba of the Earth - 4-koma comic that follows the daily life in Eientei, starring Udonge. Makes some references to the previous comic, but aren't important to the Strange and Bright Nature Deity - Comic starring 3 fairies from great fairy wars. Obviously comic happens before the game. No real plot, but basically several short stories lasting 1 or 2 chapters each. - Also note there is a "chapter 0" that you have to click to expand, to reveal 5 more chapters. These chapters were by another artist that due to certain circumstances could not continue drawing the manga for Zun. The new artist, Hirasaka Makoto, took over the comic, who also has their own doujin circle "Clash House" Oriental Sacred Place - Sequel to fairies comic. More of the same thing. It's not finished yet, not sure if the comic is still being done or scanlations just hit a lull. Wild and Horned Hermit - comic starring the hermit character introduced in this series, Ibara Kasen. This is the latest series by Zun That should do it for all serialized comics that Zun wrote the stories for. Enjoy d3 and any others | ||

I read Curiosity in Lotus Asia first and so I was like + Show Spoiler + haha they're not going to make it to the moon that's ridiculous. (In Lotus Asia Rinnosuke gets news or something of Sakuya who said nothing ever happened with the rocket, the trip failed etc.) Then they actually made it. :O @dkpl I enjoyed that yandere alice video, but I can say i'd probably never read a doujin with yandere alice in it. I think tsudere and yandere (more the former) depend on how much you've seen. I don't read much doujinshi (more written stories) much less shipping so those things don't really come up. Yandere was just cool for for the first time, and tsundere I am ambilavent about unless the author specifically does something original/better. I totally agree that believability is huge. That and painfulness. The second season of Shakugun no Shana killed tsundere for me. | ||
