NAME: Sakuya wins this one. Izayoi isn't a particularly... elegant surname, but I like Sakuya more than Yumeko. Only slightly more, but still a Sakuya victory.

OCCUPATION: Both are maids. Sakuya wins, though, because she's simply better at being a maid due to her power.

MISTRESSES: Sakuya serves a loli vampire girl with an ego problem. Yumeko serves fucking Satan. Clear victory for the latter.

LOYALTY: Sakuya wins pretty much by default. Yumeko is only one of Shinki's guardians, while Remilia pretty much has Sakuya. Sakuya is fiercely protective of Mistress Scarlet, and pulls out all the stops to defend her.

CONFIDENCE: I'm going with Yumeko here. When the heroine reaches Shinki, Yumeko barges in all boss-mode and proclaims that she'll take on the heroine herself. She could just let Shinki do it, 'cause she's a friggin' god (and only those with plot armor like Reimu can beat gods), but nope. She challenges the heroine instead of her creator, demanding that Shinki step aside. That's pretty damn bold.

What does Sakuya do? She appears in stage 6 saying that she can at least waste one of the heroine's bombs. What a pussy.

ABILITIES: Sakuya has the ability to stop and resume time, via the power of the Luna Dial. Yumeko's specific ability is unknown, but after the heroine defeats her, Shinki notes that Yumeko was one of her strongest subjects. I think it's safe to assume that, while time manipulation is a really fucking awesome ability, Yumeko barely edges out in this category just because of her implied power.

WEAPON: Sakuya throws knives. Yumeko throws swords. Yumeko wins ezpz.

RACE: Sakuya is, for all intents and purposes, a normal, unremarkable human, while Yumeko is a demon. Demons are cool, but I think Sakuya wins here because even though she has the Luna Dial and unnatural skill with her knives, she's still human. Humans are underpowered in Gensokyo, what with all the youkai, demons, oni, gods, and other beings that can tear shit up against a human foe. Sakuya overcomes that with good mechanics and a solid build order, so she wins this round.

OUTFIT: Blue and white just looks better than red and white in a maid outfit, so Sakuya comes out ahead. I like Yumeko's long, blonde hair more than the short, white, minibraided hair that Sakuya sports, but overall, Sakuya wins.

MUSIC: This one is pretty damn close. Unfortunately, Yumeko proves that you CAN have a maid without hard rock, but The Last Judgment is a great stage theme nonetheless. Despite this, I'm gonna have to go with The Maid and the Pocket Watch of Blood for the better stage theme. On the other hand, Doll Story ~ Doll of Misery fits Yumeko so much better than Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial fits Sakuya. It's sinister, yet energetic, which totally goes with the atmosphere of Makai, the realm of demons. Luna Dial is alright, but the rhythm is... off, which keeps me from really liking it as much as The Maid and the Pocket Watch of Blood. This is really subjective, though, and all four songs are great, so I'm gonna go with a tie.

BREASTS: Yumeko doesn't need pads. Auto-win.
