Its always a little funny when younger players go "this game is too slow paced compared to modern standards" or "wow it was so sloppy back then" or whatever comment. Whats funny is that younger people are really truely programmed by nature to believe the life and time they are living in at the exact moment is the most special, the most real, and the most worth while. Even when the reality may be the complete opposite. But i laugh at their beliefs because the inability to see past ones own self and situation is failure. Seeing the truths of life across an entire spectrum is success.
I feel that these younger players who come to these forums just misunderstand the reality. Its like, one guy invents fire, then some punk ass kid comes along once fire is in a can and goes "who cares, making fire is easy". Yeah, no shit. Easy once someone else pours their blood sweat and tears into beating the path for you to walk easily down.
The point is, when i see Boxer play, it makes me feel like who gives a shit if i can win or not, i want to win by doing something that changes the way people percieve the game. And thats hard enough to do once. Boxer did it regularly.

It's not SK Telecom 1 or SKT 1, it's SK Telecom T1 and SKTT1. That hurt my eyes every time I read it. Other than that, great job.

Great article. It's too bad I never saw Boxer in his prime. Oh well, wel'll have to see how he does when he returns.

Oops. Fixed all the long names to read SK Telecom T1, but the shortened form I've kept as SKT1, since I've seen it commonly used like that. Thanks for the spot though - these things tend to escape you once you've read the article 405346435132 times.

Quality article. Been waiting a long time for this. Was here when he left for Ace, and I'll be here when he comes back to SKT1.
Best comeback ever was indeed Pusan vs Boxer series, however best comeback in a single game: http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/games/6474_BoxeR_vs_JoyO/vod
Boxer vs Joyo @ Paradoxxx Anyone who follows progaming but was too young to know of this game, watch it. Now.

I've been looking forward to his comeback for so long. I really think he and oov are a perfect mentor-teaching-coaching team. Secretly I hope he'll stay on as a player, but I think it won't last long before he'll become a coach.
