It was a crazy run too. I mean if you replace Ragnarok with sOs, you have the four greatest nemeses of TY's career. Dark is crazy good in ZvT and it is no shame to lose to him in the current meta. Actually, the best might even be how he played. It was so good to see him play his own style in TvP. Let's have some more of that.

If nothing else, he's gonna be in the Chinese team league next year.

Great news, was wondering what would happen to him now that Splyce seems to be disbanding. That will reunite him with Solar, hope they get Stats too.

The only thing someone else is to be blamed for is getting everyone's including TY's hopes got up because of the uncertainty surrounding Clasisc. I don't recall any terran doing particularly well in code S S2 though. Kinda sad that TY doesn't go, but we'll see him soon enough I guess.

It was INno's best season this year. Also SpeCial was in the same Ro32 group and advanced from it (and they didn't even play each other). At one point TY said he didn't take practicing for the group seriously enough and so he failed.

This GSL had 5P, 2Z and 1T in ro8, 3P/1Z in ro4. Patience of all players also topped his group with INno and Maru in it. So I don't really blame TY for not qualifying in 2019, not everybody can play like Maru and he was the closest other terran to qualify for BlizzCon in KR, that's a great feat in itself.

He could have done better if he tried harder. So in the end it is on him that he doesn't quite make Blizzcon.
