Guess you can't complain too much after another amazing championship but I do wish he would take it slightly more seriously. Oh well, cross-server and all, I guess I'll survive. Katowice is the big fish for him to fry! Which is of course only slightly less than last time. He'll probably barely make it out of his group in second place and then die to one of the EU Zergs in the Ro8 - again. Maybe BW will have the same beneficial effect on TY.

There is definitely cross-training in these games, but I think it's important to note he just came off of practicing for a GSL win and is probably in rather peak condition. What he streams for fun will not impede him. I saw him playing Sc2 on solars friends list during a stream without him streaming the games, so I figure he thinks it's not worth revealing what he's practicing in Sc2.

I don't think they ladder all that much, they are playing customs almost exclusively when they stream. For a reference point though Action was ~2400 when he hit TY on stream and he made Ro8 this ASL. But ye I think its all about the spongames and not so much ladder for most of the ASL guys.

Pretty sweet Lol TY, what the hell. The finals are even overlapping with super tournament too, but surely he wouldn't get that far. So, what's next? Doing two phds while crossing the Pacific on a raft, and obviously still taking care of his SC2 playing and casting careers.

Well, before that he'll probably have to play both the team league and ST at the same time. Given his historic quality of play in ST, maybe that's not a tough task =D hahaha This is super cool news!! Go TY, clearly beating up on B-tier SC2 pros like Cure, Stats, Trap, Dark, Rogue, and Maru are no longer challenging to him.

That series felt like one of those situations you lose by playing not to lose VS the weaker opponent. Game 2 he misread the situation then was overly defensive. Game 3 he nearly got cheesed out. Props to TY for being a group stage ninja, who almost always somehow makes it through. And who would have thought he would have got the best of a 1/3 chance to face Neeb? Who knows how that will go, but he should at least be favoured...
