I resent that! This guy's games were AMAZING to watch, I wish I had a season pass to watch the rest of his games I love to watch his style it's really exciting for me as a Protoss player =D, always refreshing to see new strategies.
Seeing his archon toilet got me so excited, I had to run into the lobby during the break between games to draw a crappy archon in a toilet cheerful that expressed my happiness. Sign me up!
I'll admit when I first saw Brown I expected nothing from him, what he lost to vanvanth last time he was in the GSL? I expected him to bomb out to some stupid stuff from superstar but wow has he flipped my expectations completely, I'm now completely sold on Brown as one of the futures of protoss I hope he gets zergs in code S so I can see more of his amazingly sick PvZ. Oh ye sign me up and all that.
Brown might be streaming after GSL. He had temperature problems in his computer but he fixed them somewhat so they are down to 60 degrees from the previous 85-90... It would be after GSL and it would be after he is done his finals as his finals end friday he said. So it is a possibility.

Are they related? I don't really know much about Korean names, but CoCa's name is Choi Jong Hwan and Brown's name is Choi Min Soo. I can never remember which name is the family name with Koreans, but their names both look similar.

Jesting aside, there are many Koreans with same last names, but not necessarily related. A fifth of the country has the last name Kim, for example, simply due to the ethnic homogenization. They might look similar and have the same last name, but they do not appear to be related.

And what is wrong with that? I thought the archon dump was one of the greatest things I've ever seen in my life, personally. I wasn't even gonna watch this match because I didn't know who the heck "SlayerSBrown" was but I took a shot and hell yeah I was pumped I did.
Holy shit, he went straight to code S? I heard about a game between him and losira, but i thought that was some random game from him on ladder or something after he dropped out of code A (he aparantly didnt)
This guy is pretty sick, some of the downright dirtiest stalker control i've seen in a while, and uncanny ability to keep pace with heavy macro zergs. If this is the future of protoss, I'm scared shitless as a zerg.
sign me up , I'm gonna go rewatch his vods. I don't think i gave him the attention he deserved till i saw him play Losira. And he was downright beastly in those games.
Bad luck that he got stuck in a group of purely Ts, when he seems to be more known for having amazing PvZ. Hopefully his access to so many beastly Terrans will let him prepare adequately.

If you guys didn't hear from last night, Brown is not only a "pro-gamer", he's also in school. He's only playing games part-time and is able to sustain a skill level that allows him to be in code a/s. Very impressive.

It was khaldor or wolf who said that today. I don't remember if it was them or jessica that said it because it was during her interview after the semi-finals but i heard his father didn't want him to come today to play, that jessica was proud of him and that he did what he was asked to do, getting a win against his opponent. Pretty sure it was jessica who said that and wolf/khaldor just translated it.
I don't have a gsl ticket so i can't give you a timestamp but i'm almost 99% positive it was during the mvp award interview with coca and jessica.

Brown qualified yesterday for the second Iron Squid in the Korean Qualifier, beating Crane, ST_Avenge, SlayerS`Ryung (teamkill T___T), TSLCyrano, LG-IMYongHwa and finally Code S finalist ST_Life (!) in the finals. He won 500$ and we will see him again in the main tournament.

Just wanted to congratulate Brown! Man I remember this guy back in GSTL earlier this year looking promising...and now he beats Life and qualifies for Iron Squid! I want to see him more often ^^
