Stephano has probably learned by now what Huk and Idra are making in terms of salaries and he knows that he's over delivering value to Millenium based on what they pay him. Stephano should be the highest payed player in SC2, if Millenium wants to keep him and keep him happy, they need to offer him Idra/Huk money ASAP. This is a classic example of a player outplaying his contract and even though he's got to finish it out, if you want to maintain the relationship with the player you need to secure them. Stephano needs a over 100k per year contract, plus to keep his winnings. Then he'd be on par with players near his level. Just speculating, but Stephano's last contract is definitely under-paying him for what he's done, and those types of things can cause rifts. Hope this doesn't deter him from streaming. Stream good! how do you guys know how much huk/idra make? all those things you said are just estimations... + how can you know how much millenium pays stephano? maybe he already is like by far the best payed player :D

But i really doubt that Huk's salary is close to 100k a year, it would be so huge... We don't hear much about player's income but usually a sub-top euro players (like Naama for example when he was in a French team) get ~1000euros/month and that was quite huge. We all hear that legendary players like Moon or some BW top made tons of $ but i don't think we are there yet with SC2.

EG's CEO made a statement somewhere stating some of their players make six digit salaries. I'll post the link if I find it.

I like people who are "arrogant", if that's what he's being. It's so damn annoying when you see someone on TV (or in an interview on a tournament, kind of the same thing) who's being a politically correct 100% of the time. They don't offend anyone, but I feel like you get so much more honesty from the "arrogant" type of personality. Love it when someone says the truth when it needs to be said, and don't pussy out because they want to keep sponsors, managers, whatever happy. As long as they don't act like a jerk to everyone when they are having a normal conversation (which I'm pretty sure Stepheno doesn't do), it's all good. Bring on the arrogance. PS. Oh and yeah jokingly taunting people you know doesn't count as arrogant behaviour, it just might seem like it for someone looking at it from the outside.

I really don't agree with you at all, when did he appear arrogant, he was great in this interview... And again there's a french cliché -_- Do you honnestly think stephano is like that because he's french? Or all the french are like stephano... Comon, i guess as an american you wear a hat and a gun. Seriously...

Would have loved him to be in EG though. ![]() Well the team he plays for doesn't really matter and if he is comfortable in Mill that is where he absolutely should be. Stephano is a completely amazing player.

So that is that settled. That's pretty delusional , if you follow the history of players moving from one team to another in any sports the sentence "I'm fine here and want to stay 100%" is usually overused the week before the player actually moves. Same goes for trainers whose situation is not threatened => get fired after the next game... For instance Cloud posted on TL that he wouldn't leave MYM for aTn... I'm not saying he will leave for sure (I hope he won't) but that kind of statement is meaningless
