Ya, that was a nice win for TLO. Game 3 he chose to 8 pool though, I think showing that he doesn't yet feel up to Stephano's level.
Stephano won the next series 2-0 over Monchi as well. Here is the tourney URL - http://eizo.starcraft2tv.de/de/cup/42/grid/eizo-cup-2.html . Great games, game 1 Stephano just muscled him with Muta ling, and game 2 he sparred him the same torture by going only roach-ling. Monchi said Stephano had 10 more roaches at the end of the game than normal zergs.
Stephano is getting close the the cash, or 23-inch monitor in this case.
EDIT: In the finals vs Polt right now.

Congrats on beating TSL_Polt. Stephano, enjoy the new monitor!!!

actually monchi would have won the first game if he didnt lose 8 sentries by walking into a wall of spines with move command :D and even game 2 was closer than you are indicating... you can really tell that stephano is not playing as well since the loss against tlo, it always seems that he is nearly unbeatable(tlo played very well taking of that one game from beast mode stephano) but when he loses a game he is not as on top of every thing as before for the next few games...

Game 2 wasn't that close, but I do agree I was suprised to see in game 1 that he pinned Stephano down onto his 3 bases. I missed the part where he lost his sentries, that must have hurt. Monchi is a good player, be beat Nerchio 2-1 after that.
Game 2 vs Polt was a pretty lucky win, you may be right, Stephano might not be on top of his game. Although Polt is great, and did beat Stephano 2-1 that last series they met.
I don't know that Stephano's new double spire muta build is ready for Polt... we'll see :D
EDIT: Nope 1-2. Damn marines r good.

it's getting worse and worse, normally we praise stephano for having incredibely good ressource management, now he had 600/600 overmins at like minute 10 or something right when he died to marine pressure... this stephano now is really not comparable to the stephano we have seen for example 4-0ing thorzain

Somehow.... now he is the new owner of a 23 inch monitor though :D He was supply capped constantly that game too, especially right before that push.

Although both players were probably very tired, the games were quite good, Polt marauders / helion push was scary and stephano's hold & counterattack were well timed and executed. gg !
