I've almost never seen the loser going to the winner in sc2. In the korean scene, they even don't shake hand at all generaly. No lack of sporsmanship at all in nerchio's behaviour here.

Yah. That dude. I don't know if he is a real fan of any of them or he is more interested in talking random stuff.
From my point of view, Nerchio lost and got eliminated. Day 1 of WCS Final and he was gone. That was devastating. He was digesting his loss. It looked like Rogue wanted to come by but he saw that Nerchio was sad and deep in thoughts. I think Rogue was trying to be respectful and left Nerchio alone.
Sportsmanship is one thing but understanding people have feelings is another thing.
