1-1 on Metropolis, WIN NERCHIO! Very lategame zvz with good drop defense from Nerchio and superior engagement in a max vs max situation with broodlord, infestor, hydra, corruptor, spines, queens (UGH!)

Nerchio breezed through the fifth edition of Homestory Cup going 20-5 in a tournament boasting championship winning players. His previously famous ZvT and ZvZ was accompanied by a world class ZvP which he used to roll 7 sets, facing Tod, Socke, Bling, HasuObs, two-time GSL champion sK.MC and Korean HSC V Qualifier winner (which some argue may have been as difficult as winning the entire tournament) YongHwa. With this victory, Nerchio solidifies his hold as a champion in the live tournament scene in addition to his incredible online performances.

NERCHIO 3-1 MC IN HOMESTORY CUP!
Nerchio takes down MC in convincing fashion, taking the last game by smartly bypassing MC's 2base gateway all-in with mutas and zerglings. Apart from a bizzare game 2 on Entombed Valley with 8-pool proxy hatch opening from Nerchio ended with 4-stargate carrier/mothership, Nerchio took the series with surprising ease. The last probes and pylons went down on Atlantis Spaceship, eliminating MC and Nerchio just couldn't hide his excitement breaking into a huge smile and giving the characteristic MC thumbs-down.
