The thing I am most impressed about is his positioning and micro in the big fights.

Might've forgotten some details: + Show Spoiler + Basically he made it look like what it looks like when a Korean players a foreigner. Game one on Daybreak in the first set Naniwa went for a pretty common one-gate expo. He got two-raxed with one rax in Shuttle's base and the other closer to Nani's base. Nexus-cannon and probe-pull saved Nani's Nex and then he was really far ahead. Nani played very warily however and a bit sloppily with three supply blocks as well as what first seemed like an 8-gate storm/archon all-in but instead he went for a third base which allowed for Shuttle to approach in supply. But it was in vain as Nani Protossed him with an almost maxed out army. Game two on Akilon Naniwa did a blink build that got scouted but he killed massive amounts of workers anyway. Naniwa then expo'ed and pulled ahead to max out with colossus and storm and ran over Shuttle as Shuttle let all his Vikings die to storm. In the next set it was a pretty clear repetition of the two previous. Double-forge play on Daybreak made Naniwa get a super-buff army that rolled Shuttle even after some drop harass. Blink build on Akilon got scouted, this time with four gates instead of three as previously. But Naniwa totally killed Shuttle even though he got siege tanks out. All in all it was a straight-up massacre. Thanks a lot. I saw most of the second series, but missed both games in the first.

As long as he gets that practice regiment he needs and deserves I for my part am already happy :D Even though he could be a nice addition to the EG-TL Alliance!

Some matching IP adresses don't really mean a whole lot... until we have confirmation that hes living in the EG house or hes playing in their teamleagues, then it doesn't mean anything at all... Maybe you can support this claim with something that I haven't seen yet?

I agree, but whats to suggest he will be living with EGTL for that practice? I would love that, but like I said earlier, i'm not sure that this is anything but speculation.

I would love that, but like I said earlier, i'm not sure that this is anything but speculation. well he has been training there already for DH for example, there is a clear affiliation with EG and he will only stay on a team that is willing to provide him with a good practice environment ( among other things I suppose but who knows.) The signs are big on the wall if you ask me ![]()
