As it is now, he's facing Moonglade next and Mvp in the semis. He didn't make it easy for himself ![]() But if you want to win a tournament, I guess you have to prepare to face anyone ^^ Fighting!

Sure he could have gotten 1st place in his WCG group, but wouldn't you rather nuke rush a top european Zerg just for the show of it! ![]() Thank you MarineKing you will always be #1 in this fan club <3

I'd like to point out that nothing short of a victory will get him to the Blizzard Cup. If Mvp wins the tournament, they won't take second from this tournament but instead the next in line according to the korean ELO. That's what happened last time when Mvp qualified twice. So, also, the nuke rush did nothing for him except reduce the probability by one game that someone else can knock Mvp out of the tournament before they meet (and I don't know small enough numbers to calculate such a marginal probability).

Best luck to him. The good thing is, i will be able to watch MKP vs MVP since I will not be able to watch the finals due to work :-).

Vods aren't available, are they? I would like to see how he lost. Anyways he will stop travelling and improve his TvT (he said that in his interview) so it should be fine for the new GSL season edit : it's sad that he lost to Kas but I don't think that he would have been able to beat Mvp if he can lose to Kas so it's ok. Too bad he didn't go past group stages, I'm sure a ro16 finish would have put him top 5 gsl ranking T_T

I think Mvp vs XiGua was the finals we really expected, so... I am sad for him though :/ You mean group stages in GSL November? yeah... I would've loved to see him in the BlizzCup... He always does so well in these kinds of tournaments!

He lost A LOT in code S groupstages, the only bo1 groupstages he went through were the ones in January, and then the ones for WCG qualifiers. If he had a ro16 finish or two in the GSL, he would have been ranked #5 for sure. Damn that wasn't casted, Mvp said that Kas knew MKP timings, at least he avenged him. I hope that I'll be against Kas in the tt esport cup, even if I will probably lose I'll be able to try to avenge MKP myself lol

![]() I think it's kind of sad. He showed great solid styles against Happy, never relying on some kind of timings. I don't know why he tries to end games so fast against inferior players. He has some of the best macro in the game, his micro is superb. If he just played solid standard every game, he could barely be defeated by anyone. :-(

What I can say is: Foxer needs to work VERY VERY hard on his decision making. It's what's ruining him for the past few months. I believe he still has the best micro in the world, he also comes up with very good and innovative build orders and has good macro, but he just for some reason continues game after game to make really stupid decisions that cost him wins. He does that all the time and that's why he is so inconsistent... because no matter how good ur micro/macro are if you just do something very stupid like attack with your army vs moonglade G3 (after killing the 3rd and when he needed to just defend) most of the times you will lose even to players who are significantly below you in skill level. Also, people thinking that he needs to "fix his TvT to be ok" really need to look at the bigger picture. TvT is exactly the matchup in which decision making matters the most. In TvZ for example, even if he does some stupid move he still has some sort of shot to come back due to his incredible micro (marines vs banes etc.) but in TvT, when he decides to attack and suicide his entire bio army to a well fortified siege tank position then no amount of micro or macro afterwards can save him. Even the decision of going pure bio vs terran on some maps is just wrong and stupid and puts him behind from before the game even started. I really hope he can identify the problem so he can actually start working on this...

All so I do not believe it's something he can change alone and a really good coach is needed for that kind of things.

I kinda disagree that he has bad decision making, I actually think he has great (in-game) decision making. He just likes to be more aggressive, it doesn't mean it's a bad decision. Breaking that first tank line against BoxeR with the auto turrets was absolutely brilliant. he destroyed that tank line, and was ahead because of it. He made the same move later on, throwing his whole army? Was that a bad decision? It's basically the same as before... But his raven didn't have the energy then. I think it's more nerves than bad decision making. Anyways! He's participating in FXOpen Invitational 5!!! He already won 3 and 4, so I hope he can get 3 in a row :D The line-up seems to be awesome and it's a double elimination tournament, this should be awesome!
