I'm kinda bummed players like MMA, Mvp and MKP (just to name 3 of them) are out and Jjakji makes it to the finals :/
I hold nothing against Jjakji, I just think he had a ridiculously easy road. Part of the game, I guess ^^

During MKP vs DarCell, MKP used mass Raven/BC to win the game. I can't find the VoDs and I quickly browsed through Beta 1, but I couldn't find it. So does anyone know if this game was casted at all? And if so, do you know whether it was on Beta 1 or 2? Thanks

I didn't see the games (except free ones), and I only remember Jjakji BoX matches but he had not an easy road. I mean he may not be the best in TvT or TvZ (but his TvZ is kinda good if I remember correctly), but his TvP were on mostly P favored maps (tal'darim, calm before the storm etc) and TvP is really hard these days, so he had not an easy road.
Puzzle seems to be a choker, great skill but tilt very hard in important games or when he loses (remember Puzzle vs MKP right before 1.4 patch? He failed his macro... while doing a 4gate -_-, that's HARD choking) so it's hard to say if it was easy or not for Jjakji, but Oz is kinda good and as I said the maps were against him.
I'm a bit sad that Mvp, MMA and MKP are not in the finals but Mvp would have been if the mappool was not against him in his match against Leenock (I mean, it's not only the maps, it's the fact that playing a great ZvTers on good zergs maps is really hard to overcome, even for Mvp).
For MMA same, he failed where Jjakji succeeded it was almost the same mappool.
I really hope that MKP will win WCG because I want him in the blizzard cup, it will be very hard to beat Mvp but other than that he should be fine.
About his code A games, I don't know the mappool but if even a zerg like Curious loses against MKP on crossfire, Zenio will probably lose to MKP no matter which maps they play on. He already played against BoxeR btw, at MLG orlando, and won easily

What I meant by easy road...
Round one was very close, but he won against Supernova and Virus. Supernova had that game btw, but somehow, he decided to just lose.
In the second round, his first game was against Coca, so he had a free win there. So he only needed to win one more game.
He then met Puzzle, I think the day after he got back from Providence? But like you said, Puzzle screwed up / choked.
Oz however is a strong opponent, so I'll give him that 
But enough of that, I don't want to bash him, I just think there are plenty of more deserving players :/
That said, luck is part of the game. Not the game itself, but you need it in group selection, seeds or map selection as you said.
Back to MKP vs BoxeR, I know! Those games were awesome! I watched those with some friends who hated MKP (They didn't really hate him, but they're both zerg and hate everything that has marines in it ), and they're jaws dropped open as MKP loaded up his medivacs to rip through siege lines in an eyeblink. ^^ I'm really hoping for a sequel

It was almost like he impersonated GoOdy, great mech play in game 1 and that hellion marine drop on game 2 is a trademark of GoOdy.
He played like a boss today.

It was hard to root against a Liquid player, but I'm very glad MarineKing won. Really strong mech in game one. Game 2 tho was just Zenio struggling and being to greedy. MKP sure didn't expect that push to win the game.

I just saw the VoDs, those were impressive games! I don't think the push in game 2 intended to kill Zenio, but it's a nice littel push.
Game 1 was just impressive... He did go mech in a Up&Down match before against Kyrix on Terminus (I think), but there he just transitioned into mech after doing a LOT of damage early on with a marine push, and he just fiinished it off with mech.
This time, he just went straight into mech. Really really interesting.
Only BoxeR to beat, and he's back into Code S :D

MarineKing is still unmatched in TvZ, especially since his creative builds can allow him to get rid off bad maps (he won against Curious and Zenio on crossfire, that's kinda boss), and his mech play was awesome to watch (too bad they didn't show everything), his multitask allowed him to do some cool stuff (creep, which creep? I dun't see anything anymore :D).
He should beat BoxeR easily but if that's some weird maps it can go either way.

Yup, I noticed as well. He gave away his keyboard at an event on primezzang, and he liked the one he tried at MLG, I guess
