Actually, TOP 4-0'd him in the final of a tournament (I want to say kaspersky invitational?) but they were playing on NA and MC was visibly having some issues with placing his FFs in time. Still, that was months ago before MC fully ascended into godhood. Oh and TOP is a great Terran so the result wasn't THAT crazy.

You said MVP is the only player in the world able to take games off MC. He replied with the name of a player who recently beat him 2-0. Anyway I disagree with you on MC vs. Mvp - I don't think MC would dominate Mvp. He just feels way too strong to be dominated in a longer series. Maybe if it was a Bo3 or something I could see Mvp going down 2-0, but in a best of 7 in a finals environment, I can't imagine Mvp being crushed in a situation like that. I would absolutely LOVE to see these guys duke it out in a Bo7. The way the World Championship is going, I'm probably going to get my wish.

I believe Bomber is also capable of taking on MC, given his recent demonstration of his TvP mastery. Who knows. Time tells.

Jinro has already went over this topic and it has been confirmed that it is not a huge deal if you practice for it. If you watched the games, he went for strange builds vs. Cloud, and did not deserve to win, as much as I worship him, OK? And we already know the order: MC-MVP-MKP... But I still love them all!

Wasnt really lag, you can see both replays on sc2rep between Cloud and MC, it was more like MC cheesing and MC almost got back in the game after failing the cheese on both games.Game 1 on Meta he 4 gated, didnt manage to break in so he tried to contain cloud while he expanded, cloud dropped into his main and GG. 2nd game he tried to proxy a gateway inside cloud's base on Xel'Naga, dropped the pylon on the low ground send a probe to the higher ground to make the gateway and found the scv building a depo at the spot, he proceed to try it anyway, after scouted is really hard to manage and get the gateway to be finished with sucess, he try to go back to a normal game be he was too far behind when cloud attack the food difference was too big to overcome. Those games just show how confident MC is, even after a failing all in or cheese, where he is way behind he stills try to come back and sometimes he manages to. Most of pros keep trying to attack over and over with the all in and just GG out. Every player sometimes plays out of his S game, but when MC does play his S game he makes the enemy feels like he is in master while the oponnent is on platinum.

I'd probably catch flak for saying that MC wasn't really trying his best somehow, but what else would explain why MC would do all these extremely risky moves when he's shown to be completely capable of safe macro play in the past? We all know that generally, if you feel you're the better player overall (and with MC's confidence, I don't see why he wouldn't think he's the better player), you should play safe. I'd love it if someone asked MC about that (and also, his 2-0 loss against Check which was also very strange given how dominant he normally looks against Zerg) in an interview sometime, though I don't know if that would be appropriate to do xD Well dominant doesnt mean 100%, even if MC is considered a true bonjwa later is his career is not very likely (to not say impossible) that he will have 100% win. He will always lose games from time to time, its not a big deal, Flash loses games, NaDa lost game at top of his carreer, so does Jaedong. I agree he shouldnt have tried that risky play against ClouD, but mybe he was shocked on game 1 that he actually lost and then tried the cheese on game 2 to break the enemy confidence. He is a confident player and as he said his confidence is his strength and also his weakness. The only thing i know is MC is a monster and i feel for the guy who's up against him. If the guy manages to take a game or a series of him the guy should celebrate a lot because its not very likely if he's matched against him again that the outcome will be the same.
