i do understand day9 however - he cant openly admit imbalance in the game for many reasons. I've heard him many times saying mass reapers was bullshit vs zerg but ONLY after the they changed it in a patch. | ||

He had it comming, i stopped watching his dailies because he was talking in circles too much, repeating himself and taking way too long to get the point across. This, and his lack of knowledge kinda showed in this debate. He's still a kickass shoutcaster though. | ||

Day9 was definitely on the back foot there, but that can be explained with two things: He is not a pro-gamer, so he is not emotionally invested into the game as much. Also, he's a mathematician and has a scientific and theoretical, rather than a practical approach to the game. What he said was not wrong per se -- but IdrA was right as well, there are pro-gamers whose earnings are depending on the balance of the game right now, so something needs to done right now. And NonY was perfect at defusing the situation, and explaining IdrAs point of view from a different side. | ||
