I remember jumping at the bit to order it because it was said to be a 2000 unit limited run and misread the pre-order date as being 160631. So that screamed to me that I had to rush, lest the 20 day window close on me, and cram money at a random store front hoping that they didn't run out of their allocation of the albums.
Don't even remember which store I hit up because of how much of a frenzy I was in, especially when the first store I hit stated "Sold out". Evidently that was their placeholder state while they got it properly set into pre-order mode.

Would find out at 160631 that nope, it said 160831. Which given that it was an LP, of course it would take time to print the damn thing.
Gorgeous album though.

Seriously, who thought it was a good idea to make a piece of packaging where getting content out was a relative breeze (when you're lucky), but to get the content back into the package required juggling objects into a quantum superposition of being within the box, out of the box, poorly aligned with the box, totally ready to be in box?
Went in, after the slipcase finally surrendered, expecting a fairly normal slipcased album consisting of photobook and something holding the CD.
