her background dancers are still taller than her in the video despite the fact she's wearing heels, and the background dancers are just wearing sneakers... also, having a moving camera perspective sort of defeats the purpose of practice video. :/

A part of me thinks that there is a cultural aspect to this as well... From what I recall, Kris is more American than he is Asian (Chinese or Korean), so probably doesn't understand that most successful K-singers go through this process... But that still doesn't explain why Hangeng and JYJ left... So the biggest thing of all I guess is that these dudes started making big bucks, got the fame that they needed and realized that they can do things on their own. The human rights/slave aspect, I believe, has very little to do with their reasons to wanting to leave. Let's be serious, you can't claim in a lawsuit that your reason for terminating your contract is greed, so what better claim than human rights...? Pretty certain that any lesser known group would give anything to be in a position that SM groups are, regardless of no sleep, no privacy, no say/choice in anything, etc. Just trying to make sense of some of these bulls**t claims.

I guess he thinks he's build enough of a fanbase now and thinks he makes enough $$$ off of a career in China alone cause no way he's ever going to get anything done in korea anymore.

You deal with it for awhile, sue, and probably win given SM's track record. It's a huge bonus for him that he can leave Korea to perform afterwards.
