You want a gateway to kpop idols? Why don't you join me in my business plan to start a Korean based Entertainment Group, called 'KMD ent.' KMD ent.'s goals are becoming the new Chaebol's of the Korean Music Industry (bye bye JYP), producing high quality performing Kpop groups and getting TuElite's hands in Nicole's pants (+ Show Spoiler +).

To start up our company, we'll of course need people, man power, and on top of that, they have to be really good at their respective positions, but I'm pretty sure the KMD thread is full of talented people. For example, 'Roffles' would be a great PR manager.
We'll need general managers, group managers, dance instructors, dancers, our own producers, PR people, etc. and of course artists.

But before we can begin training our artists, we'll need investors, a lot of them (except if someone here is dirty rich, I'll make you co-director of the company), that's why we'll need to try to use the connections that the people here on TL have. I was contacted by a Nigerian Prince before who promised me a lot of money, maybe we can that money to make our dreams come true?

So once we have all the people we need at the right positions and have enough money, begins the big part of the plan: the artists.

Getting ourselves a legion of rookies to train, won't be too hard. If we look at the many ways to recruit rookies to train into kpop artists, the top 3 ways have been:
- ask a cute girl at the local Korean church meetings
- an old guy drives around, notices a fertile young little girl and asks her on the spot if she wants to come with him to become a kpop star
- 14 year olds

But we'll need to conceit the needs of our investors as fast as possible. To prevent sending all of the girls into prostitution or having them being touched by old pervy guys (we're looking at you Craton), we'll need another, more secure way that also boosts our succes/image.

As you might know, some artists/artist groups have been treated badly recently, like for example living in moisty basements, members being bullied, 'graduation', not giving a fck about child labour laws, bad manager, ugly chicks, etc. So, to get a fast income and to boost our image as a company, we'll contact groups, members, artists etc. that have been wronged by their companies and convince them to come over to our company, giving them a warm hug and treating them how they should be treated, like kpop idols!

Then our PR staff can boast to the rest of the world how much better our idols are treated, which will attract more investors and it'll have positive effects on the albums that we sell (which'll be good, not one decent song and all the rest is filler. All albums will be full of photobooks, quality printed member pics, fan service fan service fan service!!). Nothing can go wrong.
Once we reach the status of a medium sized company, we'll be able to buy smaller companies that manage the groups that we like, for example, Crayon Pop or Girl's Day (Dream Tea Ent. isn't that big).

As we grow and grow, producing the best kpop groups, preventing fan cafes of the same company of fighting eachother, churning out hit single after hit single, providing what kpop fans want, we'll eventually reach the status of Chaebols. We'll be able to buy groups or use our connections to get things done.

A dozen of korean cute girls hanging around your neck when you go to a noraebang applauding for your awful singing skills, a private Girl's Day concert, world peace, TuElite having a decadent meal with Nicole, T-ara's manager in jail for ruining T-ara, an appearance on Running Man, kicking JYP of his ugly throne, etc.

Everything is possible, cause we are kpop lovers and we know what other kpop lovers want! Who's with me?
