Taetiseo opening track sounded like some seriously bad stuff to me. I cringed as Taeyeon tried to belt out some christina aguilara type vocals. Baby Steps was pretty generic, bland, not really catchy. Not a bad song but something I won't listen to more than once or twice in my life by accident. Library has the same problems as baby steps. Overall I think this album has an identity crisis. I have no idea what they were trying to achieve, but it came out as pretty bland pop with vocals ranging from good (seohyun mostly) to horrible (taeyeon screaming). I just don't understand the purpose of this "subrgroup?" Seems like pretty generic SNSD album as of recent just without 6 other members. TwiTwi is the only song that actually stands out, and not really for good reasons. Would've rather seen a Seohyun solo album. | ||
