Promoting what many here think is the worst song on the album is a consistent thing. It's just cause often the promo song is the song that fits a nice upbeat dance the best, or is the catchiest. If you weren't going to listen to the whole album the promo song is the one that's most likely to catch your attention hearing it on the radio or something like that, which is why it's used.
i wish they hadn't added "the twinkle, twinkle" at the beginning of the song. this was actually my first time listening to a snsd song without a vid lol. just waiting on dat vid

How is this much different from the club music you'd hear? Not much really but they somehow still feel that it's "underaged girls singing shit" >< Basically same as any song that goes a bit like - DJ feat a female singer. I try so hard to promote Kpop within my friend groups (Caucasian) but they don't seem to like it still... Like ok I don't expect to like this more than anything else but for realz, it's not bad.
I think people automatically assume its crap or weird because its in korean and they don't take time to listen to the song itself. I was like that before i started liking Kpop, then slowly and surely I started listening to the tracks and like it more and more.
Zzz idd... Too bad they won't "slowly start liking" Kpop ^^ Still trying with every new discovery :p I've shown them more than enough legz and the likes! Still underaged o.o

It's "official" so far as that is what international fans call it, but it's not anything actually official like "sone" is. Personally, I can't stand the member fan names like that and it makes me cringe tbh...
I like Twinkle. It's got a lot of parts where they show off their vocals compared to some of the other tracks on the album. But I would probably agree it's not the best song on the album, but it sounds like it could have a really good live performance to it.

Try Love Alone?
Although you have to question whether it's still kpop when it's all in english. The only kpop aspect is the singers, so it's more like koreans singing pop.
Wasn't trolling, girls day "oh my god" was a catchy track. (Minus the sfx)
Taetiseo opening track sounded like some seriously bad stuff to me. I cringed as Taeyeon tried to belt out some christina aguilara type vocals.
Baby Steps was pretty generic, bland, not really catchy. Not a bad song but something I won't listen to more than once or twice in my life by accident. Library has the same problems as baby steps. Overall I think this album has an identity crisis. I have no idea what they were trying to achieve, but it came out as pretty bland pop with vocals ranging from good (seohyun mostly) to horrible (taeyeon screaming).
I just don't understand the purpose of this "subrgroup?" Seems like pretty generic SNSD album as of recent just without 6 other members. TwiTwi is the only song that actually stands out, and not really for good reasons. Would've rather seen a Seohyun solo album.
I think Taetiseo was a big success. Really enjoying the album and they really met my expectations. Can't wait to see them perform on music shows later on.
