I bet i could find at least a hundred random girls of the streets of a large city during a normal day that are hotter with a shitload of makeup and a personal stylist. There are only one or two pictures where I think "man she looks kinda derpy" (which, by the way, can be said for most idols - Jiyeon w/ no eye makeup for example.) But other than that, not only is Hyoyeon hot, but she's one of the best female idol dancers. I don't understand the hate. | ||

I agree, I'm not one of those people who thinks she is ugly, but really, ~10pages discussing her seems a bit overboard. How did this even happen? Even if it were one of the more popular girls in this thread it would be weird to have that many pages. | ||

People who usually don't comment will comment because it's SNSD. 2. It's a relatively controversial topic. If the idol is popular there's not much controversy there. Like people will say "Oh look at dat Soyeon", and then a couple people will say "Soyeon is cutie", and that's it. With Hyoyeon you get some people who apparently think she's attractive, and some people who don't. People like to argue about SNSD so the argument is protracted. 3. People who don't look at the thread everyday won't comment on something a couple pages back, but number 1 makes sure that there's always a relatively recent post about Hyoyeon, so random SNSD fan who never comments on here will drop in to say she's hot. 4. The photo evidence doesn't help. Every couple Hyoyeon defenders will drop in and say "LOOK AT THESE HOT PICS". Then people have to discuss how hot/not the new pics are, retriggering the debate. | ||
