it has more to do with the inteptness(?) of the different music programs. they probably don't want to deal with the hassle of setting up all the instruments, mic levels, etc and stuff during a live broadcast. also if they play their instruments live, then it's just one more thing that could go wrong during a live show.

Anyway, everyone seems under the assumption that the bill is passed, and given the level of controversy it's gotten I don't think that's a sure thing.

I must confess that pic right just caused the first instance of me thinking Jiyeon is purdy. I still don't get why Jiyeon>Eujeung or Hyomin, but damn she's cute. She wasn't that pretty to me before...
