I fell asleep with the television on, a few years or months ago, and a local news did a story about sexual tourism either involving interstate or from US to Mexico and they mentioned the territorial law of consent thing. So, that's probably an inaccurate regurgitation of how the laws apply or such legislation doesn't actually exist beyond a severely boring dream. | ||
