Because Jiyeon is more visually appealing, she has starred in multiple drama's(think like Yoona's popularity). Not to mention alot of people like those eyes(like me), just look at Kim Tae Hee. Also she is fucking sexy, cute when she wants to be and is the Maknae of the group(that always draws a minimum attention regardless plus she is 17 so, jailbait complex ensues). And no Hwayoung does not count in that aspect and is now the exception to that.
Also Eunjung is best short-haired Idol imo(remember when she had long hair?That was so weird)
That being said, in a group of above average looking members she is relativly the worst together with Hwayoung.

Well I would prefer that he at least put the effort into looking for songs himself and then ask if he missed any. I don't mind people asking for recommendations but you should at least show that you tried to look for it yourself first instead of just expecting people on tl to do everything for you. It doesn't work that way. On second thought though I definitely could have rephrased it differently.
Run Devil Run was such a weak dark concept, didn't have a chance against T-ara or even Kara. Soshi had to have their stylists restricted to black, white, and metallics to give the gritty appeal that too few of the members had in them to display. Kara's members were able to pull off the attitude and worked sensual tones into their costumes. Only thing off was Lupin was inherently too upbeat a song.
T-ara's dark concept was so damn godly compared to Kara and SNSD. I Go Crazy because of You had such a grimey feel to it and the member's were able to sell the shit out of it. They hit damn near ever color in the spectrum with their costumes and still maintain the edginess. Mood and attitude captured like woah.

only reason t-ara pulled it off, no you feel that t-ara pulled it off was all their performance was done in stocking. its auto sexy
