To ensure this thread won't be closed, you must adhere to several a number of simple rules;
Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.
i'd suggest listening to artists from pastel music label for a place to start. most of the music from there is really good. fluxus also. 못 (MOT) also has some music which is kind of similar to nell. hope this helps ^^

Being blackballed from appearing on music shows has nothing to do with the law.
Winning their lawsuits will not put them back on the shows -- there's no legal means for them to compel the music shows to allow them back on. What matters is that SME still possesses far more influence among the industry than JYJ has.

So what do they get out of for winning the lawsuit if they can't go back on the shows? And isn't it kind of ridiculous that they can't back on the music show.
It means SM legally has no say over anything JYJ is doing. The court basically ruled that SM's subordinate contracts (specifically just JYJ's, even if the rest are equally slave-like...) were void because of how excessively controlling they were and held in JYJ's favor when SM appealed that decision.
Black balling is an entirely different (and questionably legal) practice. The issue would be proving it, however. SM can threaten to withhold all their artists from performing somewhere (e.g. MNet) unless they agree to their terms (e.g. deny JYJ). SM has so many huge names that this is a much bigger loss in revenue/exposure than simply denying JYJ, so the organization is forced to agree. I don't really know Korean law, but it seems that you're S.O.L. unless you can readily prove collusion to deny JYJ, which is unlikely.
The Beast concerts are tonight and tomorrow. My seats suck, but it should still be fun :D I wish we'd get more imported acts here though. The only thing worth going to in March seems to be Cirque Du Soleil :S

Also Nada-Yuri reunion might have been possible. Aaargh...

LOLWUT!! I'm not an "SC2 Turd" lol.... I've played Star1 since it first came out, then BW, began following the proscene in 2004(College senior introduced us to NaDAs awesomeness!) rite till now... Therefore I know that SNSD did the '08, '09 PL ... I was talking more about SC2! And how its legitimacy as an E-sport on par with BW wud have been further enhanced in Korea as a result. Wow stop being so damn confrontational and elitist. Cant you figure out that thats wat I meant? Anyway I edited my post to avoid such future confusion.
