Edit: I'm so disappointed in K-ON!. Part of the reason I watched it was for the music. But there was barely any, even though it's an anime about a band. In most episodes, the only music that they played was the OP and ED.
Overall the show wasn't even that good. But watching cute girls do cute things is entertaining as hell. 7/10
It's definitely not everyone's cup of tea in terms of how it's organized. ><
The show, in my opinion, isn't about a band. It's about a bunch of girls who have fun together. Granted the title is a play off of the light music club, but in terms of what actually happens, the main idea is a bunch of girls brave the high school experience together and have fun.
No, I just finished season one. That wasn't a music show. That was "a bunch of girls sit around and drink tea and eat cake for 12 episodes." Before Azusa came, they were just like "LOL PRACTICE?!" but she actually got them to play their instruments once in a while >.>

I feel the same way in the sense that there are few decent anime series that I have yet to watch. I've seen almost everything or at least tried to watch the following anime series. I'm almost tempted to go back and watch series that I watched like 3 months ago because I'm bored.
Also it doesn't help that everything I was hoping to watch in March got delayed, and now that almost everything comes out this month, I just hope we get lucky and one of these new series becomes a hit.
Yeah, seen all of those. And Hourou Muskou and KnT just ended so I'm not watching much from this season, waiting for a couple april shows to come on. I wish I knew Chinese, Korean or Japanese so I could play some good VNs or help translate some TT;

Daimaou is like one of the very few harem shows I like. Its good if you want a good comedy/ecchi/action harem, with a main character who makes up for being a Harem MC by being a complete badass at times.
I've heard Banner of the Stars, but I've never gotten around to watching it. I'm going to look into it after I finish the LoGH Gaidens

Good choice. LoGH Gaidens have some really nice backstory for all the characters that you don't get in the main show. You should watch the movies too, they cover parts more in depth from a few episodes of the show, and right before the main show.
