I already unistalled every program and game I could to make space for more animu, but there are some programs like VLC, gomTV, foobar, utorrent, Starcraft 2, that I'm just not willing to delete to get a few more GBs free. Gonna get my external in ~3 weeks then I'll DL Black Lagoon properly. also: Why is Rock trying so hard to be a second Shirou? | ||

+ Show Spoiler [black lagoon tokyo arc] + It's a critical arc in the series as Balalaika brings him back to Japan, for what I perceived as "a way to test him" and also "to lead him down a certain path." This is where he's from, this is his "home," and he's literally standing on a place such that no one would blame him if he "turned up at home and miraculously notified people of his survival." The temptation is there, and throughout the arc he's stuck on that periphery between being normal and being where his situation has put him - a member of an esteemed mercenary group, and at the moment, the translator for a bloodthirsty troupe of war. Up to this point I don't think Rock really showed signs of conflict, because it had simply never occurred to him that "he still had the choice," something Revy brings up time and again (as a large part of her wants him to just go home and be safe, because she can't accept that someone of such a warm background could become "one of them.") That's why he ends up being "the moralfag of the arc," as he attempts to protect what he perceived as the safe comforts of home, unable to acknowledge that while the earth he stands on his the safe comforts of home, that it, too, is a home for blood and hounds. It is, to date, the first and final time that he attempts to "be a normal human" after he joined the Black Lagoon. And no the Engrish won't get any better, which is a damn shame because that arc was so goddamn good. They learned their lesson and gave up on it in the OVAs. | ||

True, like i said i fear a pretty bad april fool joke But, you know that this news actualy started a week ago with an official annoncement and a countdown from 7 to 0 on the official website. And they specificaly talk about april fool days in the trailer, normaly when you try to do a joke you don't straight up say it is one. But you can also say it is one to make them believe it is not when actualy it is; and run around in circle ^^ i pretty hope it's not a bad aprif fool joke cuz it would be very cruel ^^ | ||

I am back looking for more suggestions :3 I recently finished Katanagatari and I enjoyed it very much. + Show Spoiler + Although the ending was really sad. I expected something more upbeat from the series, I thought it had a lighter tone I am really into the short-story or mini-series format, such as Katanagatari. I'm wondering if anybody can recommend other series (and/or films) that combine gorgeous animation, kawaii characters and brutal action scenes with tons of flashy cameramovement?  | ||
