However, as the story progressed and the characters starting learning the details of their situation, the manga quickly lost its luster. The antagonist was shown to be some typical super evil guy who is essentially screwing with the world just for entertainment. And while that can be done well (Kotomine comes to mind), this guy was just plain boring and unoriginal. The final few chapters can basically be summed up as stupid fights you know the characters won't lose. And then the big plot twist comes, but unfortunately, the ideas they presented just weren't clever enough. The clues that had been fed to the reader up to this point were simply too obvious once the nature of the world was revealed. In short, it was good at the start, and but was just a disappointment at the end. Edit: Oh what, new KnK soundtrack? Must get. | ||
