Her best performance in recent years is really Gahara-san, no competition there. Of course, not really a fair competition since Gahara-san is one of the most dynamic characters in the last couple of years in comparison to her other things.

Yeah, that's what made me like her at first (besides the fact that it was the first I had heard of her). But her performance in Madoka (especially in ep 10) cemented her as one of my favorite seiyuus.

I always thought that they got paid by the episode. D:
And wtf K-ON!? Why the sudden switch to the summer seifukus? I mean, I have a fetish for girls in sweater vests, but navy blue is my favorite color. I loved those uniforms ;_;
In episode 1 when Mami heals him at the end and he says "Thank you, Mami! You saved me!" isn't he lieing since she actually didn't save him since he was in no danger to his ample supply of bodies? If they found that out though at that point they'd be like "LOLWATWTFBBQ" so..lol
Edit: Sorry for missing spoiler tags, since it was an old episode I didn't think about it :u

When it was first mentioned that magical girls wouldn't necessarily work together, I had a scene much like this in mind. However, after Kyouko was introduced and the initial fight between her and Sayaka happened, it kinda passed out of my mind. And then, of course, this happened and I was like wtf. But seriously, you can't deny the awesomeness of this scene.

The start is incredibly weird. But then awesome happens, so it's okay.

Nah for me it was probably the best anime since like 08 or 09. So its up there on my top 10 list.
So...did Juu...really die? I saw it coming as soon as Shiraishi walked up behind him, but still...
If so, WTF?! This was like, one of the most awesome series that I have ever seen. The characters are all cool. The mysteries are fucking awesome. And the villains are well-written too. And it's only two episodes. That's all? I'm so pissed ;_;

Madoka Magica won't be forgotten that easily, it's not mediocre, it's what a lot of anime fans have been waiting for months.
I'm kind of hoping for a Higurashi end here; yes Homura wants to prevent Madoka from contracting with Incubator but she also needs to realize that she's making needless sacrifices with Mami, Kyoko, and Sayaka; IIRC, assuming that all of the time loops are fundamentally similar, no more than two Puella Magi have taken on Walpurgisnacht and that may be a significant factor as to why Homura's mission keeps on failing and failing.
Inherently though, her mission's meant to doom no matter what occurs: unless Homura finds an effective method to get rid of Incubator whilst avoiding the possibility of Madoka ever making a contract, she can never genuinely effectively save Madoka from becoming a Puella Magi. She will always be pushed into a corner by Incubator regardless of what happens.
However, assuming that there is a method of eliminating Incubator permanently whilst keeping everyone else alive, would be still be able to retain their Puella Magi abilities? If not, then they're screwed no matter what as they will then have no effective method of countering Walpurgisnacht.
All in all, Urobuchi's needs something pretty far-fetched to save this plot from a BAD END; from the majority of (easily) perceived angles, Madoka Magica is guaranteed to fail no matter what Homura does.
Now all I'm really waiting for (realistically) is for SHAFT to finally confirm Kizumonogatari for Summer 2011.
Also I'm really fucking hating the fact that Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 became a reality. I know it was prediction and all but it came faster and harder than expected. That's fucking heartbreaking.
