Whoever recommended "Ano Hi Mita Hana" to me, thank you (it probably happened around March, when I was having a surgery at the hospital and wanted anime that dealt with loss and pain).

I watched the entire show today. The story was moving, the cast was great. It's great watching a show that you get attached to the characters, and like them, you don't want it to end (even though everything has to end!)

IIRC, all of the events of Nekomonogatari Kuro take place before Gahara became a character (during Golden Week). In fact, at the end of Kuro, Araragi is running up the stairs immediately before the beginning of Bakemonogatari. Gahara shows up in silhouette for about three seconds at the very end.
So there's no Gahara in Kuro. I would say that Gahara has a fair amount of screen time, although I think Hanekawa has more across all of the show, and you could argue that Mayoi has more than Gahara as well.

She gets called Gahara-san in the show. Her apparition was a crab and her theme involved staplers. She's one of the few girls who deals with it herself and has no issues afterwards(At least so far).

Frame Arms Girl finished. Was a surprisingly good anime this season. Plenty of fan service, comedy, and action, with the the right amount of SoL thrown in.
