The version I have is in english! The Yamato in this game is pretty insane. Of all the SRW games I've played, I've never had my Battleship be my Top Ace lol Idk why but it feels like they removed a lot of series when I checked the series included. No voltron, brain powered, zeorymer, laynzer, code geass, etc. Seems to have only got the classics with all Gundam up to unicorn, FMP, evangelion, mazenger, shingetter and nadesico. I guess they added Yamato and cross Ange but lmao. The size of the roster is pretty normal for a SRW. Compared to something like Z3.2, or even Alpha 3, its smaller, but thats more because Z3.2 was the 5th game in that series, and Alpha 3 was the 4th. Most of the ones you mentioned as missing aren't really regulars in SRW as it is. Only Code Geass was in there for Z3.2. The big new ones with SRW V are Yamato, Crange, Might Gaine, Crossbone (been absent a while), Hathway's Flash, Great Mazinger (Shin Great!!), and Mazinger Zero. Half the new stuff isn't drawn from anime, which is pretty rare for a SRW Huh, I have fond memories of alpha 3 so I guess that's why it felt underwhelming. Either way, I want a super long SRW with the rosters of every series that has appeared so far. That'd be fun imo. Banpresto needs to get on that. I just thought id expect more for a 25th annivarsary.
lol sent, how is the game going? you know i heard that the english was translated by some singaporean translator so the translation received some harsh reception, lots of unnecessary localised 'singlish' stuffs lol.
And I thought all versions shipped with multiple language option? Can't wait to play chinese translation, gonna be good, last one i played with chinese was SRW J jesus thats old

So I finished Fairy Tail s2 today. I had been having it on hold for almost two years. Recently a friend hit me up to watch the Tartaros arc together. I then continued to watch the FT: Zero adaption. Thoughts:
+ Show Spoiler +I think the ending of Tartaros was really strong. I liked it quite a bit. Even though there were quite a few asspulls the emotions and message stayed strong. It's a real shame that shounen shows like this tend to throw so many worthless, annoying enemies into the ring every arc. I didn't really care for anybody in the Tartaros guild except their boss. Most were either boring or straight up annoying and useless, such as bunny girl and "how much is it worth"-dude. What also annoyed me massively was the fact that a 25 minute episode was basically 5-10 minutes of new content. 3 min intro and outro, 4-6 minutes of recap in the beginning of the episode, strongly varrying contents of flashbacks (especially after Erza's fight against the demon woman..............) and 1 min preview of the next episode. It felt like we skipped half the episode each episode and still had to watch old stuff half the time... If the whole arc had been as strong as the ending it would have been really good.
Zero: I enjoyed it as much as I did enjoy the manga. They bloated it a little by adding unnecessary stories but it wasn't all too bad. Overall pretty decent.
Out of all episodes I actually liked the last episode the best... It had the original FT humour, which made me smile. It was also full of high spirits and started a new, exciting adventures - only to be cut by a hiatus. hm
Overall I would say the second season is a lot worse than the first. The remaining dragon arc was ok. The celestial filler arc was some of the worst shit I have forced myself through. Sun Village was kind of bland and boring. Tartaros had lots of potential but disappointed me overall. Zero was decent.
I also recently watched the first 3 episodes of HxH again. I was hesitant for a long time because I wasn't sure how much I would like it now, more than 200 watched anime more in my back. I wasn't sure if I wasn't looking at it with rose-tinted glasses. But after watching those 3 episodes I can say for sure that's not the case. If anything, I liked those better than the first time around.

But SRW V is legit. Moon Dwellers was the first to venture into english subbed stuff for these, and the translation there was pretty shotty, but almost all of SRW V, the English is actually pretty good. The only complaint I have so far is that screenshots are blocked. WTF.
Also, its a strange feeling to have your #1 Ace in a SRW to be a Battleship, but:
|
It's not that weird. Captain Okita is a BA and the Yamato has the Wave Motion Gun. Lastly, it's the freakin' Yamato.

went for crappy subs on SaeKano but LOL:

Battleships are, at best, good for support. Usually. Okita meanwhile just charges into the middle of the enemy, kills everything, and makes all of your Gundams look like chumps

lololololol hilarious stuff there of the yamato. i remember i spammed that Hiryu custom pretty hard back in OG, it has higher dodge stats than most team members
i need to play chinese and see whats the difference, SRW series has always been hilarious, so i am not surprised that mediocre translation can be good lol.

HxH is great, and definitely doesn't get "bad" the more you watch, indeed. It was by for not one of the first anime I've ever seen, but I absolutely loved it. Saw it like a year ago now, and caught myself re-watching some moments of it on youtube last week..^^

+ Show Spoiler [Boruto 3] +
It's whatever though kinda nice to see Shikamaru+Temari but finally Sarada is making a big appearance from the preview.
+ Show Spoiler [Saekano s2 e2] +Poor Utaha there has never been a choice. The entire plot and the game making thing is just a literal love letter to Katou. Even Kato isn't threatened by the date at all. ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/70NfWrn.png?1) Meanwhile Katou is casually showcasing her dominance over the others.
I'm thinking about watching that Tsuki ga Kirie for some SoL-highschool bullshit. I hope it's not too dramatic or too annoying

As for some spoilers, more directed to people that actually watched it:
+ Show Spoiler [Episode 3] +That ending... I was amazed he actually invited her to a date at that scene. :D I do hope she accepts but who knows what happened earlier and maybe the other guy already asked her out after the sports event. Sure hope not though.

Tsuki ga kirei is a warm and fuzzy break from the cold dark world outside. Can definitely recommend checking it out. I do fear that it will end tragically though. Especially with the ED :S
Lets just hope I am overthinking things

Is saekano on any of the streaming sites (funimation/crunchy roll) ?

Keijo manga got axed, first time I've seen a manga get cancelled 7 months after it's anime started airing.

author: + Show Spoiler [probably not a real quote after all] +I'm very sorry to write this but the timeline was not on my side. You see, the editor came to me last week and informed myself to increase the popularity of Keijo!!! This is not something you can do overnight. I was lost for words, as I believed we were doing fine in rankings. Today, I was informed by my editor that my manga is being removed due to the poor reception of the anime. The anime failed to make an impact, for advertising purposes, and the studio is carrying that loss because of it. It is my fault, and I am sorry. The source material should have been better and I've done a great burden. I was actually very surprised by the reception overseas. In various conversations, I was told it was greatly talked about in America. I'm glad some of you enjoyed it, but I'm sorry once again for failing. My sincerely apologies to Takahashi-san and XEBEC.
Bit strange to axe the manga because the anime flopped, the manga was doing OK afaik, nothing amazing but not poorly either
