It was captivating sure and I'm looking forward to see the mysteries solved but it's not like I'm involved in it anymore. I have also watched over 200 anime in the meanwhile so I fear that I won't enjoy upcoming seasons as much because now I'm much more easily annoyed by character yelling and anime-specific tropes of shit writing for characters. I mean, even back then I remember being annoyed by the author's choice to make Mikasa a blank sheet of paper who only knows one word: Eren. But back then I didn't know that this was a common thing in anime. Like "hey, I don't know how to write proper dialouge so I let the characters say the other person's name a few dozen times". bleh | ||
