I've been on and off watching through the gundam franchise in the order it was released/aired. It's been pretty fun so far, victory gundam up next iirc. Probably gonna start on it soon.
Man, everytime I see owari, I keep thinking seraph for some reason. Given, even if I clicked the spoilers, I wouldn't understand anything about the story or characters lol.
So i'm planning on watching gintama(going for the lolz ) , i've heard that i just skip the first 2 episodes cause it's a celebration episode of being animated or something. Is it true ?

Now is a good time to start Gintama, since the next arc animated is pretty hype (unless they've been trolling us for the last two weeks, but this time I don't think so).

Gintama is weird for me. I feel like a lot of things should be funny but I can't laugh at all but in a very few situations. Humour is just a thightrope walk...
I'm also not far in though. I watched an episode here and there over the last 6 months and ended up with a pace of ca. 1 ep per month....

It's similar for me, I watched until episode hundred-and-something and then couldn't motivate myself anymore. Some episodes are really great, but others bored me too much.

Pretty much the same for me. I watched about 10-15 episodes months ago and it just didn't hook me. From what I've been told you can just go watch the "better arcs" on their own so maybe I'll try that.

To be fair if I wasnt watching it since it started I wouldnt really bother with it either.
Can someone tell me a bit of Saint Seiya? I'm somewhat interested in watching it even though I know nothing about the show. Is it worth watching? How has the 1986 show aged or is there a newer version out that go all the way back? I know of Soul of Gold but that's after the 3 first seasons or? Thanks!
