Goodys somewhat correct in that she doesn't really fit the tomboy imo, although I couldn't put my finger on why.
In most series the one leaning towards sporty, feisty girl and/or tsundere is the one I like the most: Karen (Monogatari), Blue (Twintails), Noire (Neptune), Salama (Amaburi, not really tomboy but more than the other 3 and short hair I guess?), Ritsu 2nd (K-On, though obviously Mio is superior), Haqua+the sports girl (World God Only Knows), Kurami (NGNL, not really a tomboy, but the least boobage and short hair). I'm apparently the only one who likes Michiru (Saekano) and yes Kato-God is obviously superior but Michiru is still great and that again is that feisty girl with shorter hair and in this case big boobs. Heck, we could go all the way and include Sayaka from Madoka considering that she obviously was the best character in there as well.
But I can't stand Tsugumi. At all.
Mmmh, maybe it's not the tomboy for me but the feisty attitude. Didn't really like the redhead in Magic Jesus (that's probably 100% a tomboy) and thought the student council girl (hanakana girl) was tons better.

well idk she goes of more as violent more than anything else and that's with chitoge on the show who's a violent tsundere .. chitoge is even much more bearable than tsugumi like there's nothing really interesting with her
unlike Kosaki while Kosaki lost her charm cause she's too scared to do anything at least she has her sweetness going on but with Tsugumi she just has her violent attitude and even chitoge has a better balance with that when it comes to her
actually that's the best i can point out i'm with toad i'm not sure what's wrong with her but something is wrong her that i can't pinpoint it out lol

Holy shit, I just listened to Tsugumi's voice in the anime. No wonder anime people don't like her, she sounds like every annoying shounen hero ever.
Edit: It's actually Totsuka's voice (from Oregairu). Doesn't make it better, it's fine for a cute trap, not so much for the womanly woman that is Tsugumi...
