My opinion on the girls as someone who's only watched the first season of the anime
Onodera: Cute at first but then slowly became boring and just never progressed past being boring.
Chitoge: I dislike violent tsunderes, but overall she makes for the most entertaining episodes as far as the comedic elements are concerned.
Tsumugi: Tomboys are great.
Marika: Asumi Kana tier.
I don't have any strong opinions about any of them though.

Well they all kind of shitty, that's why there's so much strife I think. No one stands out as a good best girl because they all mediocre thus there's more heated arguments on who is best girl. Tomboys are great though :D

I think last time we had this discussion it was the exact opposite and souma ended up saying "they're all decent or even good, and noone stands out as being bad" or something along those lines

What changes? Everything is the same. Onodera is still a timid boring rabbit who scares easily. Chitoge is still a violent tsundere. Tsugumi is still an awesome tomboy and Marika is Marika.
