did anything. It could have been removed and replaced without changing anything major because it didn't even tie the series together like I thought it would. Should have just kept it as it begun: domestic political disputes centered around those charismatic and strong "bests" and the vigilante squads. A lot of colorful and nicely designed characters though. Really wanted to see more of Ma-chan though was hoping she would do something in the last episode.
That was part of the reason I got bored of Rolling Girls midway through the season. I liked the first couple episodes a lot and the randomness of it all was actually refreshing to me. Then it started to feel very formulaic with 2 sides confronting and having resolution at the end of each episode. The artistic direction and world building for the series is pretty good overall though. The lack of a good overarching story is what brings it down and I agree that if it focused more on charismatic and strong "bests" it would be a lot more interesting. I also recently tried watching Jigoku Shouju and it had the same problem of a lack of progress. Interesting concept but it was episodic and didn't have much story development so I quit watching it after episode 4.
I already got a lot of school life/romcom anime on lockdown. So I figured Ill try go out of my comfort zone this time and watch a action/scifi/mecha show. Kekkai Sensen and Owari no Seraph looks good from what I see.

Euphonium( another version of K-On) Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu (cause i'm a haruhi fan although i'm not sure how long i will last watching this since i did not enjoy the manga of it) Ore Monogatari!!
