It had its ups and downs but all in all not as bad as people (including myself) made it sound. Yes the animation was terrible, yes Akatsuki arc was putting me to sleep and yes kids doing their thing was quite boring again. But that being said the raids were well done imo. A little over the top how they depicted him but hey it's anime, everything's over the top and that's why everyone loves Katou so much, right? To split the akatsuki arc up and make two vols happen at the same time in the anime with always switching around was probably a really good idea by them. Don't know if I could have forced myself through that had it all been a bunch of concentrated akatsuki episodes instead. The inbetween raids made it bearable. And well.. the animation... you somehow get used to it I guess, even if it does look like cancer. S1 was better than S2 but not like S2 was a desaster either. I'd watch a Season 3 | ||
