First one is Taiyou no IE(manga) ... Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou is close enough too ( they kinda live together anyways ). and KimiKiss was similar but it was too dramatic i just want a romcom~ish stuff. + Show Spoiler [Nisekoi 164] + Kosaki is the promise girl but not that it matters Chitoge win is inevitable anyways. 2 rings ? so the first one is confirmed Kosaki .. so the other one should be chitoge polygamy inc ? The last one is pretty common. I'm in room #84 in my apartment over here and I can tell you that I have no special relationships with the other 83 guys/girls and I don't think anyone would take that the wrong way if I told anyone. But if I told you I have a girl sleeping in my bed you'd probably assume she's my girlfriend, wouldn't you? If I tell you we're not lovers the scenarios that make sense would be quite limited... | ||

Maison Ikkoku is similar to Kawaisou, I assume you read that already though. Also, Ai Yori Aoshi, Mahoraba. Love Hina and Negima count as well? But they are more comedy than romance. Some Adachi like Nijiiro Togarashi, Miyuki Very few actually sharing a bed without being lover to start out though, only one I can think of is Nanoha + Show Spoiler + It's a aers joke. Of course they are boinking, they designed their room that they live together for a long period of time to only have a giant bed in it. | ||

I don't like Negima and didn't like Love Hina as well it's too ecchi for my liking. I have not seen Mahoraba, Ai Yori Aoshi and Nijiiro Togarashi. I'll give it a shot. Actually sleeping in the same bed is just my wishful thinking(i have not read one too that was not ecchi~ish). The sleeping in the same room or sleeping in the same apartment/complex is acceptable. I think if the scenario starts with them living in the same house alone is also plausible( i can't think of premise on how it will end up this way without sounding ridiculous) and i'm ok with it. | ||

If it's like a 5 year old and a 4 year old they could totally live together in the same room.
