I know people love that shit. Black Lagoon is pretty good mixture of action/comedy and seriousness as well. edit: Yea TTGL sounds like a good bet too. Monster will def not be your thing with those kind of ratings on those kind of shows. Honestly just take any of the action recs in the rec image on the top of the thread except maybe not Durarara. Which is awesome but may not be your thing. Why wouldnt I like Monster? Is it very different from Death Note or Parasyte? I do like action but if the characters/plot are good enough then I like other stuff too. Steins;Gate is the only 10 on my list! Have tried SAO, was ok but gave up. Didnt like Bleach. Have seen Berserk but forgot to add that to my list, oops.

And since you like action I'd definitely recommend Black Lagoon.

So much so that there's no comparison between them. Cowboy bebop, Beserk , Black Lagoon, Hellsing ultimate, Baccano, Code Geass, TTGL, Noein , Last Exile are all prob worth checking out for you. edit: Seirei no Moribito is a really good fantasy as well that has good characters with a little action every now and then. Ghost in the shell(All of it minus arise) a more political sci-fi with some peaks of action. Really good too but I think you won't enjoy it.

Doesn't really matter if you watch Neko as 3rd or 2nd and Nise as 2nd or 3rd. I myself enjoyed it quite a lot the other way around at that time as Bake is a full season, Neko is a short inbetween, and Nise is another full season so I endedd up with finishing Nisemonogatari, which was a more complete watch than just the 4 short episodes that Neko are. Probably not going to matter either way though On March 23 2015 06:53 Kipsate wrote: Hataraku Maousama is one of my fav comedy of all time. that too. And yes, Hataraku Maou-sama is great. The comedy is really picking up after episode 2. On March 23 2015 07:16 Slaughter wrote: Maou-sama is indeed a splendid fantasy comedy. soon *praysandcrossesfingers*

Shinsekai Yori is pretty good, starts a little slow but tbh it gets pretty engaging and consistently great later. I remember not being able to stop watching it mid-series and having that feeling of, 'holy shit that was good I gotta tell someone about this'.
