Episode was ok imho. The fight was lame but the rest was better than usual. I kind of like that blonde count. He is reasonable.

yes, agree. I don't think they were planning to go all out with the fight anyways. They wanted to retreat though the graphics were top notch as usual. yes, I'm hoping he remains for the rest of the show!

I don't know how they want to fit the whole competition, Kaori's and Arima's last performance and a suitable ending all in 3 episodes considering the usual pace of the show. I hope they can handle it.

For the episode I think it was really good. The moment where they showed Kaori regaining her faith was the first time I really felt something for a character in this show for a long time. The Arima, Emi, Aiza trio was nice as well. Music top notch as always but it's nice to watch an episode that is not entirely carried by the music.

I kind of guessed in the beginning that they bot are killers so I hoped the episode would rather show that even a killer could be reincarnated. But I didn't expect that the case would last for two episodes instead of one so that will probably come next episode. Since the slow pace of the episode was really well filled with conversations it didn't really bother me.
At first I was disappointed that the organs seemed to be doing nothing. Now the organs have a meaning and that after they both revealed their resolve to kill someone. Probably makes the next episode more interesting. I guess this episode was more of a build up, needed to make the next one really good.

One more think that came to my mind was the animation of the air-hockey. It seems like a full animation would have been too much work for them to handle and they tried to replace as many of the fluid air-hockey animation with different shots as they could.

Well, I didn't find the fight to be lame because of the retreat but rather because of how it was handled. It seemed like they threw broken pieces of scenes together that didn't really connect well with each other.

For that count: I hope that as well. There are also only 4 episodes left so I think we have a good chance that he will.

That was actually a pretty brilliant plan from Octavia, considering she was caught off guard in the tunnels. The girls in this series are too good.

Holy shit 2 huge character deaths. The homunculus line gives me the impression that we'll see a bit of dialogue about what it means to be human. I wasn't expecting Momoka to go out like that. I guess HildaxAnge is still alive at least.

ya, when he asked him, I was like, don't do it Osamu! lol. I'm surprised that he's mad but I think the fight is going to be awesome. I wouldn't say easily though. He's probably A-rank with the trigger he has, S with the black trigger that he won't use but he had a ton of experience so that's likely going to pay off. My thought is that it'll be close but he'll win in the end. You'll get the whole, omg he won an A-rank member then he'll get some big promotion to A or something lol.
