In terms of action, the two movies have the best action-based space battles. The series didn't really have the budget for that, so most action in the space battles instead focuses on the big picture, with lots of changing maps of troop movement.

I believe those headphones are well-rounded without too extreme bass, mids, or highs. Everything is pretty clear. They also have a good soundstage, which is useful for FPS. They look pretty inexpensive (half the price of AKG 701's at the moment), and seem like a fine deal for the money.
If you want more detailed reviews from people who own the pair (I do not, but I have heard them), then you can see this. Do note, they are open-ear headphones, meaning, you will hear outside noise quite a bit easier. Of course, that isn't usually a problem for in-home use. Only if you live with someone else, might it be a bit annoying. I don't think you need an amp with these, so that shouldn't be a problem.

It's $20 cheaper, but you pay $5.99 + tax for shipping as opposed to free (and relatively fast if you live in a major city) shipping. It will also take longer to ship (most likely 5+ business days), so you decide whether ~$12 cheaper is worth that.

Shigatsu continues to be a show that just confuses me. Not the show itself, but I'm confused that I like it, lol. The writing is actually like, so over-the-top that it should be corny, but somehow it's still entertaining. Great art and music make all the difference for this one, I guess?

Havn't seen the newest episode yet because I'm watching bw right now but I guess you are right. The writing is pretty bad but music and art kinda make it an enjoyable show somehow. Writing could be worse I guess otherwise art+music couldn't save it.

Yeah, I agree. When I first started watching it I was also completly thrown of by the comedy scenes because they destroy all the mood that is built up which is horrible. By now I have accustomed to the fact that I shouldn't take the show seriously and it's better now...

Playing that song for an entire half of the episode was great.^^ The end confused me a bit. Did Tsubaki tell him that Kaori was in the hospital and then he went without her? Did Tsubaki realise that Arima is changing and that he might not be what she is looking for? I hope that becomes clear next week.

Agree that this show is really corny and a bit of confusing, but still really good.

I guess this is the cheesiest ep so far, but still managed to show Arima's emotion really well. I too am confused by Tsubaki's action/reaction. May be she was kind of a bigger sister/love role when Arima is down, but now he grows up and all.
Any manga reader can clarify if the gag is in the manga as well or just the anime? As usual the gags are totally mood breaking and out of place, but may be they don't want viewers to get to emo nemo watching tragic stuff the whole time
