Hanamonogatari was so disappointing. :< nothing announced but the last couple of seconds on the last episode were a mighty tease in that direction. You saw Maya sitting in her chair, talking to butler (iirc) and saying that she could call in Tatsuya and Miyuki for a visit. That's the beginning of kid-batman volume. About the duel... + Show Spoiler + yeah kind of depends. I mean Tatsuya is obviously mighty but is very much mediocre when judged by classical standards because he's only good when by-passing the act of actually "casting" magic. He is stronger than Miyuki but I didn't want to make it sound like Miyuki > Tatsuya, just that he lacks in that what is judged in the practical lessons I do hope they include the first chapter of vol5 as well but seems like kid-batman is first based on those last seconds of the last episode (assuming there are going to be OVAs). Don't really think chapter 1+4 of that vol are needed though... Actually the first one is probably needed so that people can laugh about honaka even more when her "clone" gets owned as well but they could leave that out. But would make for good OVAs just because they are short stories inbetween so maybe we'll get some of that vol. | ||

Maya and Hayama talking is setting pace for vol 8, which is probably going to be the first 1/3 of the second season imo. Reminiscence will probably be really jam packed considering how Visitor arc is three volumes long. Vol 5, Ch. 1 seems necessary for a smooth storyline transition otherwise the entire introduction of + Show Spoiler [new character] + Pixie Someone explain to me the appeal of Kaiki? He has such a following on /r/anime, etc. | ||

I rarely watch more than 1 series per season. Sometimes, none at all. This season I'll be watching at least 5, maybe even 7+. | ||

World Trigger : Interesting first episode. Hopefully, the characters at Border are not unkillable. This season is looking GOOD so far Very good (IMO) : FSN UBW : Enjoyed FZ. Not so much FSN + UBW movie, hopefully this anime will be great. Cross Ange : That first episode got me! Good Log Horizon 2 (Only because of the first episode, I'm sure it will go up) Terra Formar (If it weren't for the constant censorship, this anime could be higher : I enjoy the atmosphere, the universe) World Trigger : So far so good. Kuma's faces are funny at times. MC looks weak Awaiting first episode : PP 2 From Summer : Akamage ga Kill SAO 2 (Btw, this episode... so much talking) Argevollen : Neeed to catch up ; haven't watched the last few episodes. What other anime caught your attention? What else is worth a try? I think I can afford 2-3 more series before being saturated  | ||

Kaiki just has an incredibly interesting personality and it's fun to watch what he does for what reasons. Also his character songs have been amazing, that cello I could listen to all day. Also MEAT. Is Grisaia no Kajitsu worth getting into? I'm scared to open any spoilers in case I do end up watching it. | ||
